My house was flooded due to a ruptured pipe. I didn’t know who to call. I was able to get a referral for West Coast Restoration. They came out immediately and started the drying, water extraction and mitigation. A great company to work with !!!

When an upstairs leak flooded our home, my spouse and I were overwhelmed. West Coast Restoration came to our rescue! We reached out to several remediation companies trying to get help. West Coast Restoration was the first to confirm that they would come out the same day, where other companies stated they could come out in 1-3 days. This was while we had over an inch of standing water on the first floor! Sam and Chris arrived within a few hours of our call to West Coast Restoration. They were prompt, communicative, and knowledgeable. As we had never experienced water intrusion to this degree before, Sam was incredibly helpful in describing how the process would unfold and what his company’s role would be. Chris helped us troubleshoot how to move many of our belongings safely out of the way of water and create the space that would be needed for the re-build. His knowledge, hard work, and humor were greatly appreciated! They were efficient in assessing the situation and immediately began evacuating the excess water and setting up fans. Sam also requested asbestos testing on the first day, to ensure test results would be ready ASAP and would not delay demolition/re-build. Sam apprised us regularly of the status of his company’s work and checked to see how other parts of the process were progressing. He also made himself available while insurance adjusters made site visits to evaluate the property. Sam and his team at West Coast Restoration were fantastic and we highly recommend them!

My washer flooded the laundry room and office, so I reached out for water restoration services here in Irvine, California, and found Rudy arrived within 20 minutes, which was a huge relief. The following day, Daniel and his team started drying out the area and professionally removed the wet carpet and baseboards. With fans and dehumidifiers in place, I’m looking forward to the next phase with them!
