We initially replaced our dishwasher because it wasn't cleaning effectively, only to discover, upon removing the old unit, that it had been leaking—leaving us with a significant mold problem. We were devastated, but Alex immediately put our minds at ease, guiding us through the entire process from start to finish. He and his team were exceptionally thorough every step of the way, demonstrating professionalism, patience, and friendliness throughout the project. We were initially very concerned about the rebuild and restoration of the area, especially since our kitchen had been renovated just a few years prior. However, we couldn’t be happier with Vlad’s meticulous attention to detail and superb craftsmanship! The restored area honestly looks better than it did before the incident.
