FRN Contents Specialist

We had such a great experience with the FRN team and Megan L especially. We got back from a long weekend to a pipe burst over our garage and SO much water damage. We called Servpro and FRN the next day and the FRN team came out and was prompt, efficient and extremely helpful. With all of the stuff we were storing in our garage, we had a lot of questions, but Megan L and her team were able to answer all of our questions and walk us through what the next steps would be. I highly recommend anyone in a similar situation to mine call FRN. This company really knows their stuff and how to lower the stress in an already stressful situation!

Company was referred by ServPro to move my furniture after water damage. A crew of 3 showed up with a handful of "blankets" to protect the furnture. As you will note, the furniture is not completely proteced. In the first picture, the desk was only protected with shrink wrap. When I complained, they partially wrapped it in a blanket as shown. They subsequently ran out of boxes. When I spoke to Austin, a manager, he became defensive and told me he never had complaints. I told him, it was unprofessional to think that my furniture would be protected with "saran wrap". I blame their management for not sending out a bigger crew and not providing them with sufficient materials to pack up my house. After waiting an hour for more material to show up, I asked them to remove the boxes and place them in my garage. The crew chief, Kerry, was kind enough to call me to apologize. When I spoke to Austin the next morning and told him I no longer needed his services he replied: "that it was a good idea". Note there are very few recent reviews- if I could give them 0 stars I would. I DO NOT BLAME THE CREW, I BLAME THEIR BOSSES. Russell Parham, the owner called me after reading my review. He explained that FRN was NOT a moving company and that he should have "set my expectations". He said he would write a check for anything that he damaged. He also said that I wasn't paying for it. However, my insurance company is and it shouldn't make a difference. My expectations were much higher than that.

Megan Lepold and her crew of young men did an outstanding job of handling our contents and returning them in excellent shape. They went above and beyond on a couple of items which had some minor damage prior to their removal and had someone repair the damage before the move back. The attention to detail was excellent, and the young men who accompanied her were polite and eager to help in any way. They made a difficult situation, caused by water damage to our home, as pleasant as possible! Thank you so much to Megan and the guys!!

FRN did a wonderful job packing our very heavy furniture and accessories in and out while new oak hardwood floors were installed and stained on-site by A&R Flooring of Buford. Dayton Cochran was the excellent leader of his mighty crew of men. They could not have been more careful, courteous and caring. We are elderly, so their professionalism was even more greatly appreciated. Dayton executed a well-planned process that was ultra-smooth with no hiccups. Dayton and Austin Johnson at FRN made our life a bit less stressful, and we are very impressed. We recommend them very strongly.

EXCELLENT service by FRN. Dayton Cochran and his crew were fantastic! They came in packed everything up, stored away, and we received it all back today. Came in and put everything where it was supposed to be all in a very timely manner. Very polite guys, would recommend FRN to any and everyone who asks. We had such a wonderful experience with the FRN team, and I can’t say enough about Megan L. She truly went above and beyond during a stressful situation. Megan and her team were not only prompt and efficient but also incredibly helpful and patient. We had a lot of questions about the water damage removal process and Megan took the time to thoroughly explain everything, walking us through each step and answering all of our concerns with clarity and professionalism. She made sure we understood the plan of action and reassured us throughout the entire process. Our experience with FRN was awesome. Their attention to detail and customer focus really made all the difference. Thank you, Megan, for making this difficult experience so much easier to navigate!

Austin is very responsive who helped coordinate the move. He is very sympathetic of your situation and does his honest best to help you. Ms. Marissa is the person who is in charge day of move. She is very professional, kind, and knows how to direct her team. I've had the unfortunate circumstance to move 4 times this year and of all the companies I've used, I like FRN the best. I will report back when they finish the job!
