We cannot say enough great things about Global Restoration! After a massive pine tree fell on our lake house during a major thunderstorm on President’s Day weekend, we were overwhelmed by the damage. From the very first call to the final walkthrough, the entire team—from the president Jonathan to the project manager Chase was professional, organized, and communicative every step of the way. They completely rebuilt our roof with new trusses, replaced all of the upstairs carpet and ceiling drywall, and fully redid the downstairs hardwood floors due to water damage. Our deck, which had taken a serious hit, now looks like nothing ever happened. The quality of the work is outstanding, and the house honestly looks better than it did before the storm. A special shoutout goes to Chase, our Estimator and Project Manager, who was absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire 3 month project. He went above and beyond to ensure every detail was handled with care. Chase was always available via text, always in the loop, and made sure all work was completed on schedule. As a Property Manager in Augusta, GA, overseeing homes across Martinez and Evans, I cannot say enough about my experience with Global Restoration after Hurricane Helene devastated our area. When the storm hit, one of my properties had massive trees fall, crushing the backside of the home and a shed. In the midst of chaos, I reached out to Global Restoration, and because of our partnership, I was placed on their emergency response priority list. Their team quickly mobilized, removing the large trees, securing the property, and putting up emergency tarps. From there, they handled every step of the restoration process—reframing, roofing, replacing windows, repairing fences, painting the interior, remodeling the bathroom, and even upgrading the flooring to a durable waterproof LVP. I had some roof damage and was debating wether or not to claim it on my insurance. I wasn't sure if storm damage was resposible so I had 5 contractors look at it. I got spilt conclusions. Either way I knew I had a 5x5 section of my roof that needed to be replaced. I had all the materials for the repairs in my garage. Though I am in decent shape for being over 61, I just didn't have the desire to do it myself. I had had work done by global on at least two seperate occations and was extremely satisfied. Each time I was dealing with Steve Yoder. He was incredible. Unfortunatly he is no longer employed by Global. This most recent request was for someone to take a look at the damage and provide me with a bid to fix it. Global sent out an agent by the name of Chase who went to my property on a Friday to do an assesment. Chase requested that I allow him until Monday/Tuesday to provide me with a bid. When I received his bill I was floored. Now I had bids from at least 4 contractors ranging from $7,000-$9,000 for a completely new roof. Now mind you Chase is biding on a 5x5 section replacement. His bid was roughly $4,500 for this work. I replied to Chase in a not such of a pleasant way asking how he can quote that price. I then got a text from John the owner trying to justify the bill. He corrected me in where I thought that a 30 yard dumpster was required. I misread. Actually it was for a tamdem dumpster. Either way the total amount of debris fit in a black trash bag. In the end I had bids from other companies from $1,000-$1,250 for the repairs. I went with another company and was in between the cost. John tried to justify tge bid claiming insurace costs, auto ins., ect, ect. All the companies that bid on thus job incure the same costs of doing busisness

Global Restoration recently remodeled the exterior of my 31 year old house and garage with new siding and paint. Chase was the Project Manager and kept me informed of what to expect as the project progressed. The price he initially quoted was right on point to what I paid for the completed job, which in my opinion was very reasonable. My house looks like new! I highly recommend Global Restoration.

I used Global Restoration to mitigate and then restore the damage to my home after a toilet overflowed and leaked from the upper into the lower level. They were very professional and efficient throughout the entire process. All work was completed on time and the results exceeded my expectations. The staff at Global Restoration was professional, kind, and understanding of my budget constraints.
