911 Restoration of Grand Rapids

911 Restoration was absolutely amazing to work with. Chad came out the same day we called about our attic mold problem, gave us a fair and detailed estimate. He came out the following week and took care of everything. Great guy, very personal and took care of our mold very quickly!! Highly recommend!!

We had a pipe burst and water flooded our basement. Joe from 911 Restoration showed up the very next morning—before we even got a call back from another company we had reached out to. He walked us through the process, explained what to expect, and gave us helpful advice about the work and additional services we could claim. Things that I don’t think my insurance carrier would mention on their own. They got to work right away to start mitigating the damage. Chad was our main point of contact after that and was incredibly thorough. He came by every day to check on the progress, ensure everything was drying properly, and offer recommendations throughout the process. They were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. In a very stressful situation, they helped us feel supported and made everything much more manageable. We felt very well taken care of and would absolutely recommend 911 Restoration to anyone dealing with water damage.

I had some sewer back that happen in my basement. I reached out to them for mitigation work in my house. They responded right away to get me on schedule. I called them on a Wednesday night, got someone out on Thursday for an estimate, and then Friday they came to do the work. They were very professional. Answered all of my questions. And made sure the job was done correctly. If I ever need restoration help on my house again they are the first ones I will call.

Chad and his team were absolutely amazing in helping us deal with a flooded basement (from a frozen pipe). They came out right away and handled everything for us with care. It went from a totally overwhelming situation, to pleasant and manageable because of the way that Chad and his team took care of everything. I highly highly recommend!
