We recently experienced a water line break on our first floor and water found its way through our floor and vents into our finished lower level. 4 rooms plus a bath and a storage area were affected. No more than 45 minutes after I called, Jess and Tony arrived with a crew of guys to start the clean out and drying out of our home. They spent approximately 4 hours that evening getting equipment installed and running to get rid of the water, moisture, and eliminate the potential for mold. Jess called and was here every morning for the following 5 days to check that all equipment was operating properly and that progress was being made and finally when fully dry, all equipment was removed. On the final day they sent out an estimator who was friendly and helpful to start assessing the damage and writing an estimate for our insurance company. He answered all questions we had. While this is just the mitigation phase, the service levels provided by Jess, Tony and their team was second to none. Angie, who answered the phone started the process and was so friendly, courteous and reassuring. I can’t say enough great things about all of them. For us they were a true blessing to work with and we look forward to having them do our reconstruction work as well. They have made this experience much more tolerable than we ever expected. Adam with SP construction, Mullet Jakob, and TJ are LIFE SAVERS. I have used them for years. They are quicker than every emergency board up in all of Grand Rapids. I will NEVER use anyone else besides this company, and I advise all reading this to do the same. They give relief to you in stressful situations based on their great, reliable work

Serve Pro did a great job for me. They responded very fast, and helped us with flooding at my Jenison home. I met 3 team members the first day, and they gave me the confidence I needed, reassuring me I would be taken care of. The 2 guys that pulled up my Pergo floor were awesome. So friendly! Rick was at my house every day checking on the progress of drying. He was very informative, and observed an additional issue I was not aware of with some water damage in the basement. Sump pump not working and water backed up into basement overnight! This Servpro team was out the next morning already. Nothing but professional! They removed everything, got fans & dehumidifiers going, worked with insurance adjuster, and respected our property well! I won’t hesitate to call them again! We had water damage in our home due to a faulty part on our dishwasher. Jakob and Austin arrived the same day we called and quickly got the area opened up and dried out. Rick and Dante came by the next day to make sure the fans and dehumidifiers were doing their jobs. And Rick came by for the next few days to reposition fans and check moisture levels. Rick, our project manager was very responsive, keeping us up to date and communicating constantly, and answering all of our questions with care. His team, Jesse and Brandon are some of the hardest working young men. They ripped out our subfloor on a day with a feels like temperature of 105 degrees with no air conditioning and never stopped working. I appreciate this team and all the did to respond to a difficult situation. I HIGHLY recommend serve pro for their promptness, communication, quality equipment, communication, and work ethic!
