A housefire is a disastrous event in one's life. That being said, Omnicon met our overwhelming situation with an immediate response, prompt board up, information about what to expect, along with the reassurances that all would be OK. We cannot praise the entire Omnicon team enough from the owner Mark who was there every step of the way to Fran in the office who handled it all and answered every question. Alyssa and Marianne worked diligently to clean out and pack up our belongings. I would probably still be working on my insurance forms if not for the help of Katelyn. The knowledgeable and professional work of the contractors and the construction workers turned our 100 plus year old house into a beautiful new home. It was a lengthy process I wouldn't wish for anyone, but if the circumstance should arise I highly recommend Omnicon restoration. We were in the reliable, capable and professional hands of a company that not only does a great job but cares for the individuals they are serving. We are thankful for Omnicon Restoration. Omnicon did a great job in restoring our house. Everybody who works at Omnicon is super helpful and friendly. Mark the owner was on-site within an hour of first hearing about the loss to assess and mitigate. It did not feel like that we were dealing with contractors, they all were advocating for us and making sure we don't spend anymore then we need to our want to (specially the project manager Joe). I'd recommend Omnicon to everybody.

We used omnicon restoration for our house fire! They were with us from beginning to end! They boarded up the house and worked with the insurance company so we didn't have to! Everyone from the beginning were so nice and and helpful! Mark Miller the owner was so good at assuring us and on down everyone was wonderful! John Grgatov was in charge of the rebuild and he treated it like it was his own home! John was and is the best! Hopefully you won't need them but if you do omnicon restoration is the company to call! My insurance agent recommended someone else, I'm glad I didn't listen!

Joe Miller is a passionate, kind, hard working individual. He spent countless hours with us making sure every single detail was absolutely perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to put our house back together and make our visions come to life. He is patient, and continues to go above and beyond. Omnicon was there from the start of our house fire. They came out and boarded up our home the night of the fire. They let us know that they also deal with the rebuilding side as well. We were never pressured into going with them, after our research that's just the route we decided to take. Joe Miller was our GC and he couldn't have been better to work with. He was always up front about the process, the time it may take, and what he needed from us. There was never really a time he was unavailable when we had questions or concerns. We are extremely happy with the outcome of our house and would recommend Omnicon to anyone.

Due to a massive water leak from a second floor toilet late in the day, my house had major water damage on both the 2nd floor and the first floor. Most of the carpet and pad on the second floor had to be removed. There was some drywall damage on the 2nd floor but there was a great deal of drywall damage on the first floor as the water continued to flow down from the second floor.. Both 2nd floor bathrooms had the floors removed to the subfloor and both vanities had to be removed and discarded. My insurance company referred me to a damage restoration company, Omnicon, Inc. I called this company and talked to a lady (Fran) who was very helpful and genuinely concerned for me and the damage I was facing. A representative was sent to my house that evening to assess the damage. He gave me a detailed description of what had to be done to clean up all of the mess caused by the water and what the reconstruction would look like. The next morning an Omnicon crew arrived and they worked all day to take care of the clean-up. I was amazed and impressed at the extent and the quality of their work. When the crew left the house, the extensive clean-up was completed and the entire damaged area was left clean and organized - I was totally impressed with the quality of this work. The next day, my insurance company sent out an adjuster to evaluate what restoration would need to be done and to prepare a corresponding cost to complete this restoration. This estimate was approved in a couple of days and I hired Omnicon for the restoration work. The Omnicon crew and project restoration manager (Ben) were absolutely fantastic - I couldn't have asked for anything more than what these people completed, All through the restoration process, the project manager carefully explained to me the work and the process of repairs that needed to be done in coordination with the insurance company estimate. These Omnicon workers were people centered and they asked for my approval of specific work to be done and explained every step in detail. In addition to their efforts to keep me involved and seeking my approval of various issues, these workers were extremely experienced in every area of replacement and repairs. I have never come across construction (and damage routines) people who were so people centered and had the goal of excellent replace and repair processes. I give the company Omnicon and their damage assessment and restoration workers my highest and complete recommendation. No one wants to go though extensive damage to their home, but tis company greatly reduces the stress and makes the restoration and its related strain and tension as minimal as possible. The results of the completed restoration are wonderful!

When my moms place was faced with an accident which water destroyed her bathroom and flooded her master suite she was devastated. We called her insurance and from there it was nothing but happiness on the part of Omnicon Inc. Everyone from the contact person when I called, to Matt the coordinator of the restoration project was nothing but ULTRA PROFESSIONAL I never expected such competence along with respectful courtesy. It took about 6-8 weeks to complete but in the end it was beautiful craftsmanship. Trustworthy, respectful, and overall just beautiful job well executed. Therefore, if, you are ever faced with a dilemma or unforeseen tragedy please call this place. You will not , I mean not be disappointed. Thanks Omnicon!!!
