The BEST Around!! You can not beat this company/team. Bill (the owner) is wonderful and got a water damage team out here fast. Will and David came in, with all the proper equipment and did an amazing job. Unfortunately, we had another ridiculous rain 2 days later and got water in the basement again. I called, and Michael (Manager of Operations) was here in less than an hour. Incredible! Polite, Professional and Local. The BEST Customer Service I've ever experienced.

Lukas and his team were very understanding and patient as we experienced a water issue that flooded a part of our house. They were very thorough in their explanation of the scope of work and why. Would HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Today marks the day of my brother's death anniversary, I called my mom to see what was the plan today and was excited when she told me she was getting my brother's hand casting cleaned from mold (not sure how) and just needed to find a place to do so , servpro not only gave my mom amazing customer service but also decided to do the service for free , and when I tells you that touched the heart ❤️ for many in my family , Again shout-out servpro of Joliet

Can’t say enough great things about Juan and his team! We appreciated how quickly they came to help with our bathroom toliet flooding. Communication was excellent down to the cleanup. I can't recommend ServPro of Joliet enough, particularly Eric. Our home experienced a fire earlier this year, and when we reached out to our adjuster for a rebuild recommendation, ServPro of Joliet was their top suggestion. We're currently in a challenging situation because the remediation company demoed more than what actually needed to be fixed, this has placed a pause on the process. Despite these hurdles, Eric has been absolutely amazing. If you're dealing with a difficult situation like ours, ServPro of Joliet should be your first call!

The ServPro crew led by Alec were amazing. My home suffered major water damage and they arrived within 30 minutes of our call for help. The crew was professional and very respectful of our home despite the chaos and damage. Work they performed was within the time they said. They were very easy to work with, responsive to questions and knowledgeable. And they were all good to our dogs too. These guys came through and helped when we needed it the most. They also worked directly with the insurance, which made the process easier for us. We are grateful for them and their work.
