BELFOR Property Restoration (Kansas City)

Great job getting us dried out from the 7/16/25 rains. Very thorough and considerate to our needs. Paul and Tabitha were great.

By the far the best company I’ve worked with. I work from home, we had a tornado come through and had major damage to our roof, and bedrooms, ceilings and all. They always ask permission to do what they need to do to make sure they don’t infringe on me working from home, they have worked around my schedule and been nothing but polite, respectful and professional. I will recommend Belfor for any and all home/business repairs.

I have worked with Belfor on multiple property projects along with a personal project in my home. Belfor is always quick to respond and arrive at the location quickly. They take ownership of the project and do not need micromanaged. There is great comfort as a manager knowing everything is being handled and being done the right way. I highly recommend Belfor for any of your restoration or emergency needs!

Belfor is an outstanding company with professional employees who take care of my every restoration need. If we have a major disaster, they are the people to call. Their reps are not only professional but very personable and keep in touch with you to ensure you they are going to take care of you from start to finish! 5 stars!!

I'm not sure why there is a number of 5 star ratings without any comments. I have to assume it's the company's way of inflating their rating. I had Belfor repair my rental home after a fire. They are not transparent in information they provide to you if they update you at all, they short cut anything they can without any discussion with you, and the quality of work is terrible. When you ask them things like "why the new floors were not completed into the closet area of the bedroom leaving the foundation showing where the old floor and new floor connect?" They say things like "well for a quick fix I can do.....". I wanted it completed correctly and thoroughly the first time so we didn't need a quick fix. I live in VA and the home is in KS. They took advantage of my location. I can't wait for this to be over. I'm so disappointed in the quality of work, the integrity of their word, and communication to me throughout this process. I am now hiring another team to come in and fix all the terrible work that was done after 6 months of working on it. Don't rush into hiring a company after damage. Check them out first and make sure someone is checking in daily at the house.

Belfor has always been so easy to work with down to quick responses, updates/communication and above and beyond service. When you are in a disaster situation, it is never easy or stress free, but Belfor makes the whole mitigation process seem much more manageable. I truly can't say enough great things about the team we have worked with and the service that was provided, on every single occasion!

Belfor is always very responsive anytime I need them. They are very quick and attentive. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Scott, Jackie and Chase are wonderful to work with. They do amazing work!! Kansas City is lucky to have them!
