Curtis was wonderful to work with. I was in a hurry trying to get some foundation work done on a house I was selling, and needed someone quickly. He came out, gave me a fair price, got the work done professionally, and it looked great. Curtis was available for follow-up questions that I had. He was kind, polite, professional, and he will be the first guy I call when I need any future foundation work.

From my salesman, Matt G. to my actual construction crew with crew leader Billy this was a great experience. Billy and his crew put my fence back and even put the items we had to move out of the way back without me asking. Just as he said he treated my home like it was his own. I called because I had water in the basement after several heavy rains. Curtis came out to look for the problem, before he arrived, I discovered a clogged downspout and cleaned it out. After he look- ed at the basement and the outside of the house, he told me that he was 99% sure I found the problem-however if the water came back into the to basement, call him. We have had several heavy rains sense then and no water in the basement. It is really great to deal with honest people. I would recommend Dry Basement to anyone, it is getting harder and harder to find reliable companies. Thanks Curtis!

I had a warranty transfer done today as Dry Basement was used by the previous owner. Curtis was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure I understood everything and offered advice on what to look for now, as well as things to plan for in the future. It is very reassuring to have their warranty in place. I highly recommend!

We noticed some cracks and water pipe to the washer bending on the south wall of our basement. Called Dry Basement, who had installed a flood system around 2008 and who had also installed an egress window in 2022. They came out quickly and were able to measure the "tilting in" of our wall. We were over an inch but under two inches between the bottom of the wall and the top. It was slowly tilting in due to our lovely clay soil drying out and expanding. Dry Basement has a new system called Wall Bracing. You can use it if the change in wall tilt is less than 2 inches. If over 2 inches, then our backyard has to be dug out to fix the wall. And the new system is 80% less than the "dig out the backyard" option. We cleared everything away from the wall. Did some electrical work to move some wiring. They were done with their job in less than 8 hours. Very careful with our carpet and cleaning up the mess. Been a customer of Dry Basement since moving to KC area and buying a home here. Highly recommended.

We had ankle deep water in our basement, followed by water every time we even got a tenth of an inch of rain. We decided to waterproof our basement and it's been 1 year now. Not one drop even with up to 4 inches of rain at a time! Even after 1 year I am still able to reach out to this company with any questions about the system or our new sump pump! Highly recommend!!

I had Dry Basement repair cracks in my foundation back in January 2025 and paid in full for the work. At the time, I felt confident the repairs had addressed the issue. Unfortunately, it now looks like the same problem may have returned. I’m really hoping Dry Basement will stand by their work and help make this right. A warranty and customer support matter just as much as the initial repair, and how this situation is handled will determine whether my experience stays at three stars or moves up (or down).
