Standard Restoration

Huge shout out to Nick, Anthony, Dorruan, Mark, and Jamorie who all did a fantastic job mitigating a flooding of our laundry room which reached the garage. They came out quickly, set things up right away and ensured everything was dry. Very professional, prompt and organized it all with insurance. They made an otherwise very stressful event easier to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Jamar and Mark did an absolutely amazing job! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and so easy to work with. They took care of the mold in my house, communicated clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. My basement flooded after my sump pump gave out during all the heavy rain, so I called Standard. They were able to come out the same day and pumped out about 9 inches of water that day. Nathan, the project lead, was super helpful and explained everything—what they were doing, how the process worked, and even gave advice on dealing with insurance. He and the crew from Utah (wish I remembered their names) worked their butts off. I never felt out of the loop—Nathan and the local team kept me updated the whole way through. Honestly, they gave me so much info it was almost too much! But I appreciated it. Now my basement is totally dry—no musty smells, no sign of mold, nothing. I’m really happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend them. If you ever end up in a similar situation, I’d say call Standard before your insurance company. I am currently having storm water removed from my basement. So far, Nick and his team have been great with the remediation. I've had no problems with them and the progress has been good and on schedule as communicated to me. They clearly have the expertise needed for this work. I very much appreciate what they are doing!

Jonah came ,right away while the plumber was still here fixing the leak and explained options in a kind, professional way. He then sent in the crew - Alexis, Jmorie, Nick and Mark - to treat the area make sure everything was dry and there was no mold. They were very friendly, communicated well, and all were very skillfull and proficient. I would definitely highly recommend this company.

Nick was great! He was here every day and kept us updated. Mark and Jmorie helped him one day and they were super nice and fast. They got us cleaned up and ready to move forward. I would definitely recommend them!
