First Call Restoration

This crew replaced Sheetrock and repainted the basement wall. They also repaired our suspended ceiling, which had also been damaged by previous wall movement. The crew was punctual, polite, and very efficient. I would recommend them to anyone that needs this type of work done.

Dan Murphy and his crews were excellent in the restoration of our basement after foundation work. All crew members were professional, polite, respectful of our property and of family members they met. When Dan said they would be here to work, they were here! It was quite a job with the put-back, and each and every crew member did his part as well as a superb job of clean-up afterwards. I would highly recommend Dan Murphy and First Call Restoration!

Worked with Dan and he was the best! He walked us through our claim, and gave us plenty of information to check with the insurance company to make sure we were getting the best of our coverage. Once we got work on the way, his crew was fast, and they did a fantastic job! They were quick, clean and never had to worry about the building being exposed to the elements. Very are glad we selected First Call. Dan was very easy to work with and very responsive. His knowledge was invaluable. Really appreciated his approach, which ended up saving us money. Other contractors just wanted to tear it all out and gave us bids based on just that. Dan explained why we should should only go so far, assess the damage and then move forward from there. This was the right approach for us (We didn't need to just tear it all out!). We had to delay the start of work due to testing positive to Covid. Dan was able to reschedule the work without any problems. We had some issues with our (former) insurance carrier and Dan stepped right in and assisted. The work was well done. We were very pleased with the outcome. We called First Call based on a referral from a neighbor and will be referring anyone we know who needs their services. After my basement flooded, I called a few companies for help. First Call Restoration was able to help me out that day! Brad and Ian showed up just a few hours later and did an amazing job! They took out all affected parts (carpet, pads, baseboards, etc), checked for mold, and sprayed a mold mitigation solution. They left fans and a dehumidifier so that I can be sure everything dries out. They provided such peace of mind. The service was outstanding, and I will go to them for any future issues. A+ company and crew!!!

We had a water issue, so I called First Call Restoration right away. They quickly had a crew come out to start the mitigation process and were very professional. Then, when asking for a reference for repair, they let me know they do that and had someone reach out that day to schedule a time to come out. Their pricing was great, and their service was exceptional. Every person I encountered was friendly and understanding of our situation. I would recommend First Call 10/10 times and will always call them for service.

We found mold in the bottom of our pantry and had no idea what caused it. Called First Call Restoration at 10pm and was able to get an appt the next day. Brad came out and was extremely thorough. He did what he needed to in order to get rid of the mold and figure out what likely caused it and put us in touch with a cabinet repair company he recommended. We were so stressed about the situation and how much it was going to cost, but Brad really helped take our stress away. We will definitely be using this company again if the need arises. 10/10 recommend!
