My Power Dry team Brian - Project Manager, Seth - Crew Chief and Henri - Technician were amazing. Brian was the first to arrive. His professionalism, knowledge and explanation of the process helped calm me in a stressful situation. Mitigating crew was very professional, courteous and hard-working. Explained process and equipment management I would be responsible for. I can't think of a better crew to help me during this uncomfortable and stressful time. They all deserve a raise. Thank you!

We had a great experience with Power Dry! They were quick to respond and perform mitigation in our basement after a sewage backup. They made the process very easy and helped facilitate the reconstruction with the contractors. Would recommend Power Dry in these situations.

Mitch came out quickly to inspect the areas of concern and brought in certified testers to verify the existence and levels of mold found. He then laid out a detailed plan to remediate, clean and retest all the affected areas in our basement. Mike was very professional during the actual process of removing damaged materials and thoroughly cleaning both the structure and the personal items in the affected areas. His work removing the damaged materials was efficient, but only as destructive as was required. Everyone we worked with arrived when promised (yay!) and kept us apprised of progress during the entire process. Mitch answered our numerous questions following the completion of our job and he discussed options for preventing mold issues in the future. Power Dry’s team of Mitch and Mike (and the testing team they called in) were a pleasure to work with for what was a very distressing situation. Thanks Power Dry!

Project manager Chris was quick to arrive, thoroughly documented the issue, and was very helpful with explaining all steps of the water removal process.
