Swift Response Restoration

We were in crisis mode a week before Christmas. Worst possible time for plumbing to a hot water heater to leak inside a wall. Brian at Swift Response Restoration responded immediately and took charge of the entire project—mitigating and repairing and bringing in contractors when needed. He even coordinated with the insurance company. In the end it was done on time, on budget and perfectly restored. Always responsive and friendly and super great to work with. Highly recommended!

I'm very impressed with Swift Response Restoration! Calvin, Tristan, and Brian showed up quickly after I called them for a supply line leak in my bathroom that caused the flooring to rise and excess water go into the crawlspace. They took the time to explain the situation with me, explained how insurance claim process works and made sure to answer all my questions. Once the papers were signed, they got to work, extracted the water, and set the fans and dehumidifier. They came back everyday to check on the progress until completion. Then they built our bathroom back together better than before! All of their employees were very nice and courteous to our family. Swift Response is the best! I highly recommend them to anyone in the Tri-Cities!

5 stars isn’t enough! Water leaks in a crawl space sure are smelly, but Brian is just amazing and wonderful. He showed up quickly, promptly assessed the situation and was able to get right to work. I’m impressed with his work and his communication. This was my first time working with Brian and his company will be the first I call if I need anything again. Thank you so much for everything!

Can't say enough good about Brian and his team, from the initial "we'll be there in 20 minutes," to helping us out with a few other projects during a very difficult time for us. Didn't expect compassion from a contractor, but since they come in when you're really having a bad day, it's a valuable trait. These guys do great work, quickly and beautifully, and we are more than happy with our end product!

Swift Response Restoration did a great job with my remodel. They worked my busy schedule into the books and maintained professionalism the entire way through.
