We had a major mold and leak issue. Production manager Maureen Lopez and her team Were there the next day for testing and the day after for removal. The work was done in a very timely manner and Maureen kept us in the loop every step of the way. She also works with her team which was great to see. Thank you to Derick,Maureen and their team for very professional work.

Maureen and her team, are amazing. They were kind, caring and with all of my belonging. Seeing all of my belongings packed with such care definitely lowered my stress level. Keith and Cale who were my projects managers were exceptionally customer focused, patient and responsive to all my concerns. They both made sure that I was satisfied with the end product. My home looks better than ever.

Nick & Scott were very knowledgeable and helpful about finding and treating Mold. They did a thorough test and found no mold. Still they disinfected the affected area where we had leaks to make sure it is clean and ready for our new flooring. We highly recommend them for your needs. They were both very polite and nice.

A previous contractor did a bad job on fixing a leaking shower bench that leaked again after only 3 years. Based on the great reviews, I then contacted Servpro of Kirkland and they sent Scott and crew out to evaluate the drying process. They were considerate and knowledgeable and avoided tearing up the ceiling below for the drying process. Keith then handled the organization of reconstructing job. He showed me and explained to me about why the previous work failed and gave me a couple of options of how he would handle a proper fix. Eventually Keith brought Marco over and they both agreed on the plan moving forward. Marco did an awesome job on the tile shelf and it has a proper rim/lip this time. He also fixed the slope of the shelf to force water back off the shelf into the drain. My custom glass shower was put back in with no problems and sealed better than it was the first time. From one call to Servpro, all this work happened, in order, without me handling any contractors separately which is exactly what I wanted. They would text me with a time and show up promptly on time. Based on the quality of the work, they are handling the repaint/repair of the kitchen ceiling below that was affected by the leak. Everybody I dealt with seemed to be an expert at their job which is all you could ask for when dealing with home repair. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Our ground floor apartment started flooding on a Saturday morning, 9/20, and it quickly became apparent that it was a pretty serious issue. After about 7 hours of the plumbers working to try to stop it, we realized we had to evacuate and called ServPro. They came out within about an hour and started pulling everything from the closest affected rooms. They worked so quickly and they were so kind. By 10:30pm, all the important stuff was packed up or moved as far from the flooding as possible. Unfortunately they had to go back TWO more days. Monday they helped pack out the rest of the apartment WHILE the restoration team was working and the whole place reeked. Tuesday, as they were moving the last of the big items onto the truck in the morning, the flooding started up again, but they still came out after hours to make a 1.5 hour drive to drop off our stuff at a storage unit and the place we’re staying so we could have our essentials. They then had to drive back to us again Wednesday to deliver the last of our items. They never slowed down, they were always kind and polite and funny, and they made a truly terrible experience a little less bad. I cannot begin to say how impressed I am with their service, their attitude, and their commitment to try to make things right. I want to call out the following people by name. They deserve a commendation, some kind of certificate of excellence, and a raise: - Scott Holeman, the project manager, a literal hero, a life saver - Nick D and Nick A, the dream team who worked into the night to keep our stuff from being ruined by sewer water - Maureen and Oriana, who didn’t let industrial machinery and active flooding slow them down and got our loose items safely packed away - Cale Stasiak and Keith Gorman, who made a loooong drive just to make sure we got our last few worldly possessions safely delivered (and who offered help if we needed it later on) Thank you, sincerely, for helping us. It meant the world. We will never forget it.

Working with Scott Holeman, Project Manager, from Servpro of Kirkland was an exceptional experience during a very difficult time. When my toilet overflowed and caused water damage to both my apartment and the unit below, he stepped in with professionalism, skill, and patience that made all the difference. From the urgent first response to the final stages of reconstruction, he communicated clearly and politely, ensuring I understood what was happening and what to expect next. He remained calm and effective throughout, even when outside challenges—such as insurance complications—made the situation more difficult. His ability to keep all parties, including my landlord, informed and reassured was invaluable in preventing further stress and frustration. What stood out most was his strong work ethic and consistent follow-through. He took the time to do the job right, making sure every detail was addressed, and never wavered in his professionalism. His efforts not only minimized damage but helped rebuild trust with my landlord at a critical time. This level of dedication is rare, and I am truly grateful for his integrity and service. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in need of restoration work.

Servpro of Kirkland sent Nick (foreman) out to our house following the water leak from our toilet. He was very professional the entire time he worked with us. He kept us informed every step of the way. He supervised a crew of well mannered, helpful, and professional individuals. Maureen was in charge of packing up our belongings along with Nick, Scott, Dallas, and Brendon. The crew got along well and worked hard. Both Nick and Maureen kept us in the loop regarding the status of the project. All of the guys were wonderful with our dog who became attached to Nick(foreman) These guys were all great including the demo team of Nick, Dallas, and Brenden. I strongly recommend this group and would really reach out to them again.
