We were left in a bad way by contractor which destroyed our main entry way door and was not going to be able to get replaced till around Thanksgiving. This happen near the end of August so I fired them. We were desperate and needed a door before the Holidays I contacted several contractors Pinnacle got back to use first. Graham Harrison came to our home showed us their options we picked out a high quality door. We then made the difficult request can we have the door installed in 30 days? Graham made one phone call to Adam Watson, Graham how about 45 days we said close enough. Adam Watson came out the next day measured for the door and ordered our custom door. In 3 weeks the door was delivered to our home the next day Two very skilled craftsmen showed and did the install. These men were very professional at their trade, I know because I have been in the construction industry for nearly 50 years. Pinnacle is going to getting our next home improvement job come spring I will not even ask any other contractor to bid for I trust their workmanship that much. We had Pinnacle redo our roof. Their prices were good and the financing was excellent. They worked with us every step of the way to make sure it was finished within the time frame set by our insurance. And, the roof is great.

I had Pinnacle replace our roof in 2024. The job was excellent and the workers were very professional and thorough with some extra issues we needed to address. Good cleanup afterwards too. We love our new roof that has no leaks!

He was able to work out a plan that would work for my budget and get the windows I needed. I am very pleased with how the whole process worked from start to finish.
