Crosby’s team at All Dry services was exceptional! Nico from the mitigation/removal side of the business came and gave a fair and honest quote and did not try and upsell me on services I didn’t need. They then came on time and did a wonderful job in a timely and clean manner. Then Manny came over to do the repair and drywall work and after he was finished you can’t tell any work was ever done, it is perfect. Great job by great people, highly recommend!

All Dry responded quickly and did a great job mitigating water in the basement. They also submitted a report to insurance with the proper formatting and information including lots of pictures, some in infrared to highlight where water was located. This provided insurance all they needed to process a payment. Would recommend and use again.

From the moment I called, they were responsive and professional—answering my call right away and showing up exactly when they said they would. Andy was absolutely fantastic. He was kind, respectful, and incredibly hardworking. He got straight to work and didn’t waste a minute getting my flood situation under control and dried out. His dedication and efficiency made a stressful situation so much easier. I can’t speak highly enough of this company. Niko and Andy were a trustworthy duo and clearly have the best intentions. The extra effort they put in to mitigate a moisture issue in our basement saved us at least thousands of dollars in additional remediation and reconstruction efforts. Their pricing is fair and they were up front about all costs and after it was all said in done my bill was LESS than the estimate. When does that ever happen? Hopefully I never have to go through something like this again, but if I do I know who I’m calling.

We had a mysterious leak that looked like a wet and dark spot in the basement. The All Dry team very quickly found the source of the water with their water detection tools. Then, they worked with the insurance company and asbestos abatement companies, and together they removed the affected materials. That coordination went well and made it easy on us. I'm happy with how it all went! I hope we don't have any more leaks but I would def try calling this team out again if we do have any water issues.

The All Dry team is great to work with! I recommend their team to anyone who has a need for restoration or clean up work. Crosby and his team went above and beyond and were super responsive. I found water in my basement laundry room Wednesday night and I had an All Dry representative and a plumber at my house first thing the following morning. They helped make a stressful process easy to manage and helped to cover all the various elements that went into restoring my basement. 10/10 service. Would recommend to anyone!

I highly recommend All Dry for any work that needs to be done in your home. Crosby, the owner, was more than incredible and went above and beyond! He communicates well and keeps you informed throughout the job process. One of the many things his company did was a new custom door. The company he ordered it from gave him one that was a bit damaged and he didn't hesitate to return it. This is one example of a business that pays attention to detail and takes pride in their work. This also highlights his work and moral ethics, which to this caliber is rarely found these days. The new door looks so neat, because it has louvers from top to bottom. On top of it looking really cool, it creates a lot of needed air flow due to it being the door to the furnace and water heater room. Both Crosby and his entire staff were experienced and knowledgeable. They were respectful, easy to talk to and were super friendly. Every member of his staff mirrored all of Crosby's fantastic qualities, which demonstrates his leadership skills. A few of his workers made a point to tell me how much they love Crosby as a boss and then proceeded to inform me why. Please do not hesitate to give your business to All Dry!
