In December 2024, I had a serious flood emergency on my hands in my mother's vacant home. The water had been running full force for at least 2 days, maybe more. I didn't know where to turn, so I looked online for a five-star restoration company and Best Option did not disappoint. Best Option responded immediately. Paul and his team were incredibly efficient, courteous, friendly, and responsive. Also, I have needed help from Paul as much as 8 months after the initial job and he has responded within one day of my reaching out to him with photos needed to prove original home status to reconstruction contractors. I would not hesitate to recommend this excellent company.

I was very impressed with the level of care and professionalism that this team displayed. Paul communicates clearly and consistently, and Kyle went above and beyond to make sure that the job was done completely and thoroughly, as well as with helping me with carrying some of my construction trash to the garbage bins that he absolutely did not have to offer to do.
