Caleb, Greg, Wallace, Barry, and their teams were incredible. They responded promptly, even on short notice, and efficiently dried out my house. Their professionalism, politeness, and punctuality were exemplary. They were available to answer all my questions and concerns throughout the process. Our entire finished basement sustained water damage and within 30 minutes of reaching out to the team, we had boots on the ground. Barry, Rick, and Craig had our entire basement emptied and dried in just a short few days and handled the initial conversations with our insurance company. For our restoration, Barry and Rick communicated with us every step of the way, keeping us up to date with schedule changes and which contractors would be arriving to our house. They were flexible with our vacation schedule as well as last minute changes we made to our space. As homeowners, with small children, who had never experienced a home issue like this before, we were so incredibly grateful for the team and all of the support they showed us. Their friendly demeanor and commitment to quality made a less than ideal situation more than bearable. We would definitely recommend them should you ever need restoration assistance!

We had our sewer drain back up and Mammoth was at our house the same day I called. They started the mitigation process right away and have done amazing work. We can not thank Matt, Ryan, and Aaron enough for everything they have done.

Overall, I was very pleased with Mammoth Restoration after encountering a bathroom sink fixture that broke and having water all over our bathroom and downstairs. Mammoth was highly recommended by my insurance company and I agree! I called them and then sent someone out within 2 hours of the call. Christian Reid, the technician, was very informative explaining what needed to be completed to dry out and prevent any mold. He worked quickly and came back throughout the process to check on the progress of the drying. He also was very courteous and answered all of the questions we had. Great work done.

During the pandemic we had suffered some major water damage from the second floor down to the first, spent a long time trying to find a contractor to come out and even provide an estimate, all were too busy. Wallace Jamison from Mammoth Restoration was able to schedule and get work started around my projects in the house. Very patient and responsive checking in and planning work around me. He kept me updated and answered any of my questions quickly. An enjoyable experience, not that dealing with water damage is a fun thing, but I would definitely recommend Mammoth Restoration for contracting work.

I greatly appreciated their very prompt response when a technician from our security company accidentally drilled a hole into a water pipe, sending water not only onto our 1st floor level but into our basement. Danny, our Mammoth technician, was very thorough in making sure there was no water damage and potential for mold growth. He did an outstanding job! I recommend this Mammoth location without reservation!

From start to finish Mammoth is great! I worked with Wallace J. as my project manager and it could not have gone much better. All of my concerns we addressed and exceeded my expectations. Edward H. finished of the finer details of the job and was also as easy to work with. I was well informed about the project and even though things definitely didn’t go as planned most of the time, Mammoth made sure everything was as I wanted it. I WILL be hiring them again for my next bathroom.
