I have to say from the beginning to the end, this company did not hesitate to answer my many questions, and go to bat with the insurance company for me. The quality of work and the eye for detail was top notch. They were honest about time restraints and worked with my schedule.

I had an excellent experience with Puroclean. Roger, my main contact, was fantastic—answering all my questions, putting me at ease, and providing clear, informative guidance throughout the process. They came out fast and we so appreciated this. The crew was polite, professional, and thorough, explaining everything in detail and meeting all my expectations. I have had two experiences recently with PuroClean of Lancaster. The first being at my mother's house in which a water line came loose while she was out of town and flooded the entire main floor of her home and her basement. PuroClean was there daily checking on the progress of the house dry out. They were always very easy to reach and communicate with. They were on top of everything. When they said something would be done, it was done when they said it would be and as expected. My mother had recently been through another traumatic experience only a few months before her house flooded and the PuroClean team was extremely understanding and compassionate towards her. For a company that sees these tragedies on a regular basis they certainly made my mother feel like she was their number one priority and they were very empathetic. The second experience was with my own home. We had been getting water in our basement during heavy rains and thought we had done a good job cleaning up the water but then noticed damaged to the drywall in the finished section of the basement. PuroClean came out not once, but twice to ensure they evaluated the space appropriately and were providing the correct guidance. My mother's house was covered by insurance, ours was not. PuroClean's prices were extremely reasonable. They are incredibly thorough, efficient, and prompt. The quality of their work and the work of those they contract with is truly unmatched. Additionally, I have never met a more professional and respectful group. Each time I met with them I was amazed at their level of professionalism. I would absolutely recommend this group to anyone in need of services such as theirs. I cannot say enough good things about this group.

Roger and his team did a great job at cleaning up my basement. They were kind, knowledgable, and when there was miscommunication they remedied the situation quickly. We will reuse them in the future if needed. Thank you again!

PuroClean was one of three companies we received estimates from to perform relatively minor mold remediation in the basement of our tenant-occupied property. Roger was timely in his response to our request, clear in his communication of the recommended procedures to be followed according to industry standards, and the technicians were considerate, respectful, and thorough in their work. PuroClean's price was not only considerably more-favorable, but their warranty also was the best. Our post-remediation testing a few weeks later confirmed a job well-done, resulting in happy landlord and tenants. We can highly recommend them.

This Company, PuroClean, has been fantastic to work with to remediate a flooded basement. They will be also doing the Restoration phase on the same project. They are prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, thoughtful, and wonderful at explaining the project. I highly recommend this company.
