Frank Hudson was great! We really appreciate his time an attentiveness to answer all of our questions. He worked well to access our issues and resolve them. He's very knowledgeable and it was great to have things explained to us as they were done.

Frank Hudson, from Paul Williams was here this morning came in promptly. He re-introduced himself to me, explain to me thoroughly what the process was for today. Then he proceeded to cover everything that was left in the room before he started work. I told him that I would have a Housekeeper if he needed one to help clean up any debris moved from the offices to his truck. He did such a thorough job, the housekeeper wasn’t needed.. I was amazed by his work and the efforts that he took to make sure that everything was done correctly as far as tearing the ceiling apart, covering up the opening until everything was dried out. And explaining to me everything that needed to be done the next day. I can say that Frank likes what he’s doing, and you can see it in the detail that he puts into it!

My family chose Paula Davis and we had the opportunity to work with Chantrea, she was such an angel and her outstanding hard work showed through. Very knowledgeable about what she does and we couldn’t have been more confident choosing Paul Davis! We were happy with the results! Definitely will be back to work with them as a team!

Luis from Paul Davis Restoration was absolutely wonderful to work with. He came out to assess my apartment after a major leak when a toilet overflowed from my upstairs neighbor. He immediately put me at ease. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kind — taking the time to explain what he was checking for, what the readings meant, and what steps could be taken by the property manager to make sure everything was safe and properly dried. You could tell he genuinely cared about doing the job right. I’m so grateful for his help and the peace of mind he provided during a really stressful situation.

We have nothing but positive things to say about Paul Davis! The company as a whole seems to highlight putting their clients first and doing the best by them. From the moment my husband and I connected with Joey and Tracy regarding water in our basement that turned out to be category 3 water, we felt a sense of relief. Never going through something like this was incredibly overwhelming, but they were very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and how they would help us through the process safely and efficiently. The mitigation team, Luis and Rob, did an amazing job. They are very professional, hardworking, and respectful people. Their work ethic is top notch, and if it would be possible, we would use them for everything! Our basement was cleaned up completely and left neatly after the mitigation. And thanks to them, they helped us navigate our insurance plans to get the best coverage for this situation as possible. They went above and beyond for our family and we are grateful for them. We plan to recommend them to anyone I know or come across who may need their service at some point!

We had a water leak on our living room ceiling. From the very beginning, Luis Santiago is doing a tremendous job, took the time to explain the process in detail, answered all our questions and made sure we understood every step. He set up the machines to dry the walls, and the work is till ongoing. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough - we feel confident everything is being handled properly. I truly appreciate the excellent communication and dedication- highly recommend!

We came home to a sewage backup in our basement later in the evening. Luis Santiago came over on short notice and got the place cleaned up for us. Luis was incredibly informative and respectful. He worked hard and efficiently, but took the time to explain everything to us. His professionalism was exemplary and greatly appreciated given the stress of the situation. I was incredibly thankful for his help. He worked late into the evening/night to make sure the situation was safe enough for my family.
