My parents recently bought a condo and a sudden turn of events landed us with a quick timeline to renovate. Edgar and his team came in to demo the existing carpet and tile floors so we could lay new ones. His team was very professional in getting this tasks done in a very quick, CLEAN, and efficient manner. Edgar was also very helpful in helping us coordinate with other vendors’ and I could not be more appreciative of his work and integrity. In the process of selling my home and after inspection report a suspected mold was found and Edgar and his professional team were able to tackle the job in a timely manner. His team did an amazing job and would be recommending them to my family and friends.

This crew is amazing! I had a leaking pipe on my 2nd story floor which leaked down onto my 1st floor bedroom ceiling. They showed up on time and set up the dehumidifier to get the process started immediately. Everything was done neatly and the crew was professional. Edgar and his entire crew did an amazing job at doing a full demolition of our kitchen, carpets, pads, tack boards. He and his team showed up on time as promised and started the job without hesitation. We live in a mid rise condo. They took the extra step to protect all common areas from any damage. All the work completed was done in such a professional manner and not to mention clean. We had nightmares at how dusty and dirty this would be but American Flood response made it simple and worry free. I was really amazed and happy I hired them.
