Servepro to the rescue.. we had a pipe burst in our bedroom, water was everywhere. Of course emotions are all over the place. I called servepro to come out to asses and assist. They were soo nice, helpful and had a team come to my home immediately. They provided ease of mind. The service was fast, and communication was excellent. I am forever thankful to this amazing team! This is truly an AMAZING company! I lost my home and it’s entire contents due to a fire caused by a roofing contractors mistake and didn’t know what to do. When I contacted them, they were very polite, knowledgeable, efficient and always on time! Hany was my first contact and gave me an affordable quote. He took great photos of the damage to my home and contents for the insurance adjuster. He also scheduled the work to be done very quickly and all three guys showed up at the scheduled time. They removed all my damaged contents and were gone as quickly as they came. I was informed at every step what needed to be done and what actually was completed. Tarik, CJ and Dwight were very skilled in how they handled everything and when they found something memorable they thought could be salvaged, such as photos, they would put it aside to discuss with me. I added just a couple of before and after photos, but trust me they remove everything from all rooms! To say the least, they all were AMAZING! I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a service like this…do yourself a HUGE favor and contact them!
