I WONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I called them because of the reviews. Now I realized these reviews are just fake reviews probably all came from friends and family that just posted these good reviews about them just to get business. You’ll be waiting forever for them to come. Very unrealiable and unprofessional. I called this company at 9 am early in the morning and the lady set me up an appointment after 2 pm with Cody. Around 2:20 I called again to double check what time is he coming and she told me that the Electrician(Cody) will call me when he’s on his way. 6:30 comes no courtesy call from this company or the electrician if Cody will going to come or not so I called them again and I spoke to the guy this time and he said Cody will call me back as soon as possible but I never got phone call from them. So this is how they run their business....

Gary was wonderful. My mother is 90 years old and the breaker kept tripping and shutting off the A/C. She spent all day Monday without any A/C. Pinnacle sent out Gary, who is very nice, compintent, efficient. Very pleased with the company and the service rep, Gary. Will recommend this company to ant one who lives in a manufactured home!!!!!!! I will forward this company to our parks office for other residents in need.

Cody has excellent customer service skills, was extremely careful in our home. Provide several options which enabled me to make the best choice for our family needs. Great personality, and he was truly our angel. God has blessed him with a talent and he uses his skills very well, extremely humble guy. Cody, well done, God Bless!

I was a little hesitant because I read a negative review..so glad i didn't call someone else. Awesome! prompt courteous and efficient! Cody, has the biggest smile, explained everything to me as we trouble shot the problem. Now I know who to call for all my electric needs!!
