Company kept putting my repairs off. Coming up with excuse after excuse. Broke some of my stuff. Kept telling me they underbid the job and they are loosing money, as if that is my fault. Very rude. I wouldn’t give any stars but you have to put something. Honestly I could have had this completely done by now. When the counter went in. They just cut some random uneven hole to make the faucet p trap drain fit and the stop valves for the water. Not professional at all The counter top was broken allegedly from when they bought it. So they left it in front of my toilet. Now I can’t even use the bathroom, let alone the toilet. Very unprofessional and disrespectful people.

Alder Home Craft worked with EcoDry to take care of water damage I experienced. They both worked with my insurance. Since my insurance approved worked I assume that the amount I paid was reasonable. The project manager, Antonio, was professional and courteous. He and his crew made sure I was happy with their work and it took only a couple days. I would recommend Alder for ceiling drywall repair and painting. I was also pleased that they guarantee their work for two years.

Had a wonderful experience with Alder Homecraft. Antonio was especially helpful and communicative the entire process. He was honest about timing, easy to work with, and they even took care of the insurance side of things. Would totally recommend them!!

Had a great experience with Alder Homecraft fka RMJ Construction. Had a water heater fail and flood my Mom’s garage. Restoration came in and did their thing. Won’t review them. Got the call from the Alder Home Craft office to schedule their estimator. They were able to agree with my homeowners insurance estimate. Matt called and came out the next day, and was able to schedule his PM Allan to verify his quote with his contractor Leo. They were able to return the next day and complete the work in one day. Great experience with the crew from start to finish.

Great company to be with. Insurance contracted them out. Sean and crew were very professional. The communication was 10/10. They always let me know what they were doing next. The restoration work that was done was flawless. Thanks guys!
