We own a large, historic home in Leavenworth, KS that we fondly refer to as Krasnesky Manor. It’s a very special house, so when we had water damage from a leak, we needed to be sure this 140 year old treasure was handled by people who knew what they were doing. After shutting off the water, the first call we made was to our local Servpro. They arrived within the hour. We now know the leak originated from our nearly new washing machine (the hot water valve failed) which flooded the second floor laundry room, drained through to the kitchen ceiling, and down into the basement below. While there was still a mess to clean up and some water damage that had to be dealt with by the professionals, we were extraordinarily fortunate to have avoided catastrophic damage to the Manor. Our Servpro team was absolutely magical. Jacob, Matt, Jake, Jeremiah, and Drew were in and out of the Manor every day, checking the status of the remaining moisture in the walls, floors, and ceilings, answering endless questions, and patiently explaining the process again and again. I cannot say enough good things about them. This grand old Victorian girl lives another day because of professionals like this team.

We are very pleased with the results of our carpet cleaning and stain removal. Matthew came to our home to assess the problem and seemed confident that he could handle it. He and Fredrick arrived on time and worked diligently for close to two hours. Matthew had me check their progress and le me know what they were doing. The results were great! Both of the guys were friendly, professional and personable. A great experience from start to finish!

The SERVPRO team cleaned it at a very reasonable price. Roxanne did such a through job it is cleaner than the day I bought it and I am comfortable having my family sleep in it. The manager, Matt, kept me informed and worked with my schedule to get it done quickly. I would highly recommend this team and location for any specialty cleaning needs.

Terry Jones was our on site expert, providing explanations of the equipment and services provided. He was excellent responding to concerns and questions throughout the duration of the service.
