Fantastic experience with the technician from this company. We returned home to find our kitchen and dining room saturated with water after a pipe had burst in the roof. I was absolutely devastated. Everything was wet, damaged and smelly. The technician attended promptly and was so nice and helpful. He did not muck about, he got a wriggle on straight away and got to work. He checked everything and told me what was going to happen. Put all the blowers in place and explained everything so I could understand. Was such a great guy, really positive and put a smile on my dial. Even my kids thought he was cool and wanted to ask him to stay for dinner and would it be possible for us to keep him. He totally put my mind at ease and was very thorough. Five stars for the technician and this company.

The team at this company did excellent work. They were prompt and responsive and incredibly thorough. I cannot say enough about the customer service from the technicians. I highly recommend these pros. I have used other companies for water and damage cleanup and these guys are simply the best.!!

Highly recommend this company to anybody who is looking for water damage repair. I had a roof leak and the technician was very prompt at responding to my request for works to be done. His crew made sure everything was protected before they started their work. The technician especially was very professional and explained everything as she was working in the house. The general manager ensured that I was happy with the result of the repair. The repair took place over a few days, and after each day, the manager called me to make sure that I was satisfied with the job done. He also did not hesitate to send his crew back to rectify anything that I was not happy with.

The technicians came out today and they were beyond helpful. They came out in a short amount of time and were able to help out with a leak we had that went under the floor boards. A thorough assessment was done and some mould was found so they have treated accordingly. Price is fair as well. Would recommend.

We were concerned that there was some dampness in our bedroom. Contacted the technician who came over as soon as he could, tested and checked the area thoroughly as well as our ensuite and thankfully there was no issues. We also discussed ventilation and general home health. Thanks for the prompt service and reassurance.

My mother had a major leak that damaged the carpet and wood floor. The plumbing company I phoned set up an appointment with these guys. The crew arrived 15 minutes early ahead of the scheduled time. The project manager, explained the process in detail and had his crew set up the necessary equipment to eliminate any further damage. For the next week, a technician stopped by each day for 30 min to ensure that the equipment was functioning properly and to make any adjustments. He was professional, courteous, and returned calls promptly. Their prices are fair and reasonable. They did a great job and based on my experience, I highly recommend them.
