Fast, professional, and extremely helpful. My son flooded our master bedroom, bathroom, closet, and garage. They had a team at my house in less than an hour after I called to set up fans and begin mitigating the damage. Full team was out the next morning to begin working on the cleanup. Jake was my contact throughout it all. Super nice guy, explained everything, checked in every day of the drying process. Would highly recommend this company for anyone needing emergency services!

Highly recommend this company! We had the unfortunate experience of our basement flooding on Christmas Eve due to a failed sump pump. Briana came out on Christmas Day and was thorough, informative and kind. They quickly removed the water and got fans going. Devon came the next few days and was again very thorough, informative and kind. He kept me quickly informed of any change of plan. They were considerate of our house and worked quickly. For a company to come in with confidence, kindness and guidance was so helpful in what is inevitably a stressful situation. Hopefully we will not need them again, but if we do I will not hesitate to call them!

Fine Restoration is an excellent company. They came out and did a completely free consultation about a possible black mold issue at our house. My wife had additional questions about the consult, and the owner took additional questions over the phone after hours just to put her at ease. Highly recommend this company. Super honest and went out of their way to give us information, explain their reasoning, and ultimately put our family at ease.

Amazing customer service! Company answered on my first call and was able to get out to our house to assess our water damage ASAP. I love how Briana was fair and honest with the amount of damage in our home and she saved us so much time and money. Would absolutely recommend! Will be using them for any further needs.

Final update: After updating my review, Nic reached out asking to make things right with the repair. Although there continued to be communication issues and workers not wanting to do the whole ceiling, our ceiling is now fixed and looks good. The new workers who came out did prep the area and did a great job. We appreciate the company making this right. UPDATE: I wanted to come back and update my review and rating after the repair process. Unfortunately, after working with Briana things went down hill. Nick and Roberto were not professional and were either no call no shows or arrived several hours late. Roberto only prepped the area one of the four days he was here. The other three days he got paint/spray from the texture on our counters, cabinets, floors, rugs and even plants. We finally asked him to put a tarp over our counters on the last day and he said something to the affect that he doesn’t typically prep the area because it’s quick work. It took my husband and I an hour or so each day he left to clean up the mess he made. He also splattered leftover paint from the day in our grass out front. I was told someone would come look at the ceiling when it was all done to ensure it looked good. This has never happened. I was also told our ceiling would look brand new and that is not the case as you can tell exactly where the work was done (see attached picture). We are beyond frustrated by the whole repair process and even more upset with the final outcome. Although, Briana was great to work with as far as the water mitigation, I would not recommend this company. Fine Restoration was referred to us after we discovered water discoloration on our ceiling. Briana with Fine Restoration responded within thirty minutes of the referral to our home. She was thorough, professional and patiently answered all my questions. I felt like she genuinely cared and wasn’t just trying to collect payment. She gave us recommendations to prevent any future damage. Would definitely recommend.

I called a few companies when our bathroom flooded Friday night, and this was the only company that answered the phone. Briana and team arrived promptly and quickly got to action. Over the following days they were reliable, thorough, and very professional. They walked us through the whole process, got our insurance agent everything needed, and we’re very responsive to texted questions (including on the weekend). Can’t thank them enough!

Brianna was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She and her crew immediately got to work restoring our space after a supply line broke. They were quick, efficient, and respectful. If I ever go through an event like this again they’re exactly who I would call.
