Kiersten & John were both great! We got water in our basement for the first time. Kiersten investigated the situation, explained our problem & took care of clean-up. John arrived on the scene & explained things further & gave recommendations for solving our problems. I’d use them again in a heartbeat!

A slow leak in the dishwasher caused an extreme amount of mold inside the walls. They came out and addressed the situation, then after removing the molded material and treating the remaining structure, they tented the area and placed a commercial size dehumidifier and heater. Mold and odor gone!

John and his team were really great! They worked on my basement and it now looks and feels a million times better. He went above and beyond in helping me with some dehumidifier issues I had and I greatly appreciate the time and expertise he provided.
