Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! After discovering a disaster in my bathroom where the previous owner had done nothing correctly, Chris came in and completely turned it around. He quickly tore everything down and rebuilt the bathroom, and it looks amazing. Knowing it was my only bathroom, he went the extra mile to make sure I could still live comfortably while the work was being done. Highly recommend!
After a tornado hit, Chris from Bailfish came and took a piece of my siding off my house to send to a lab for matching purposes (requested by my insurance co). After he left the bare spot on my house, the company completely ghosted me, emerging only to tell me they are too busy with other jobs to continue with mine. This company chases insurance money and leaves customers high and dry. DO NOT do any business with them or you will regret it.
Bailfish helped us re-build our home after our house fire. They did a great job with all the repair plus they have great integrity. They also helped us navigate the claim process with insurance which was much appreciated. I highly recommend them.
Currently finishing a job that bailfish started. It’s all in there name. They bailed with the homeowners money. The craftsmanship in this home is complete trash. I wouldn’t let them build a dog house for me.
I always keep an eye for vendors I may need. After seeing their truck parked directly under a no parking sign and getting a dirty look from the crew when I glanced at them, I know I will never use. One chance to make a first impression. Not good.
The Bailfish team is great! After the interior of my property suffered heavy damage due to burst water pipes, they put the whole thing together. They worked together with my on every step. Their customer service rep, Myrhea, was amazing to work with.
Do NOT trust this company. My elderly mother’s house was destroyed by a fire and this company took advantage of her. Employees stole items not destroyed by the fire belonging to her deceased son from her attic, they billed the insurance company for work they said got done but wasn’t done , a lot of work had to be redone by other contractors we had to hire, and then they tried to charge my mother more money than she was quoted. They took more than 2 years to get a 800 square foot house done and she was always put on the back burner. We took this company to court and they knew they were guilty and did not show up and my mother won her case. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
