Xpert Restoration

Friday 19 March I had 4 feet of storm drain back flow in my basement. After 6 days we had filled a 20 yard dumpster and there is no trace of the horrors the past 5 days. We still need to replace the furnace, washer and dryer, but I could not have imagined all of this could have happened without these fine people.

My husband and I thought that Gabe and his team did a great job assessing and then treating the water damage here in our home. They were initially very cautious and thorough, sending out a sample of drywall to check for asbestos before proceeding with their normal course of treatment for water damage. We also appreciated Gabe’s patience and willingness to repeatedly explain the various steps that were being taken — one or twice with me and then once with my husband over the phone. We interacted with Gabe and his team over the course of three separate visits to our home and each time, they were professional, courteous, and did a great job addressing the water damage. We are happy with the results and will definitely hire them again in the future, if needed.

We worked with the Columbus crew to clean up our basement and I was very happy with their service! They showed up on time, the crew was very friendly, they were very thorough when explaining what needed to be done, and our basement looks great. The staff at the home office were also great to work with. Thanks guys!

Gabe and his crew were professional and friendly. They were out on the same day that I made the call. They billed my insurance company directly which made it nice and convenient for us. Made sure all areas that were effected by water damage was thoroughly dried. I would use them again if I ever have this kind of damage.

What a fabulous company to work with!! Everyone was so helpful, understanding and professional, from the office staff to those who cleaned our condo after a fire. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Hopefully, we will not need them for another emergency, but if one were to happen, I would not hesitate to use them again.
