Dry Fast

After recent water damage to our basement, I was recommended to call Andrew at Dry Fast after receiving an estimate from another company. I am so thankful I did! Despite being extremely busy and working with my hectic schedule he came out on a Sunday to conduct an inspection. To my surprise he arrived slightly ahead of time and came prepared to immediately start the mitigation. Him and his crew did a great job! The other company we received an estimate from wanted to immediately tear out 2 ft of drywall across the entire basement. Andrew was able to dry everything out and determine that besides a couple small areas, no drywall needed to be removed. Although unable to provide an exact amount of what the cost of the project would be, the final cost came out in the middle of his rough estimate. I would make Andrew my first call if I were to have future issues, as his professionalism is top notch and he was extremely easy to work with and did not pressure us at all to hire him. I could not recommend him more!!

After a hard rain flooded our basement on a Sunday, we called Dryfast on Monday and Andrew came out that day to get the water out of our basement. Andrew was very good at communication, which I appreciated so much. He would call or text to keep me updated on the job which made me feel confident and comfortable that it was getting done properly. I have had such bad luck with contractors that it was nice to have one do what they actually said they would do. I would 100% recommend this company and would use them again.

We had water in the mechanical room, under the stairs, and part of our living room. Once the leak the leaking was, we realized that some of the floor would need to be removed and the area dried out. Someone recommended Dry Fast, so I called them, and Andrew was at our house within a few hours. When he arrived, he tested all the affected areas and explained everything to me very well. The best part is that he speaks Spanish (my native language). Andrew and his assistant are very nice, and he said we could call anytime with questions.

Dry Fast of Lexington is the best! Andrew showed up to give me an estimate on one thing just as another water event happened in my basement. He jumped in to help immediately and saved us from suffering more extensive damage. No estimate was needed after that - he had the job!
