I can’t say enough good things about Paul Davis Restoration. I called them after experiencing a sewage backup in my home—definitely one of the more stressful situations a homeowner can face. Within just an hour or two, they were at my door, ready to help. From the moment they arrived, the team was friendly, informative, and incredibly understanding. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. Their professionalism and compassion made a tough day much more manageable. I’m truly grateful for their quick response and top-notch service. Communication is really slack. Be careful and check on your property because often times I found the contractors there with their kids(and on my camera) while working(recorded). I had Issues arise with a poor response and only responding with an apology when responding. Packed ALL our stuff and unpack it as well but I guess the movers got paid for just pulling it out and slapping back in.No cleanup that was in the bill. Marks and paint left on floors.I had to wipe down walls and remove gnats and flies out our home from the doors being left open from the time they came to the time they left everyday. They also messed up a few of my blinds- which is not cheap. Contractors turned my air to 58 and took down my note not to touch after I put on their do not touch and set it on 68. It was a nightmare for my home. I called and asked to speak with someone above the project manager - left a message never got a return called. Not even a response. They were quick to respond to get your money. I am as so glad to be done with them. I feel like it was more about the money than taking care of my home.

Update to our flooring project: After an initial 2 week set back due to the project manager unexpectedly stepping away from the company we contacted Paul Davis for an update on when the project would begin. Tracy was quick to respond and answer our many questions and requests. Tracy informed us that a new project manager had been assigned and would contact us before the end of the day. In fact, Chad, our new project manager called within 15 minutes. He came over the next day to see what needed to be done, and had a new contractor assigned by the following day. We are extremely pleased with the outcome of our floors and with Chad's diligence in making sure we were happy with the results. Brent, Guy, and Justin have been great to work with for our water mitigation after we had a leak from our dishwasher. Their quick response lead us to canceling the restoration with another company so that we could use Paul Davis for the entire project. They have all been polite, understanding, and responsive. Brent even made a special trip to drop off an item so that we could use both sides of our sink again after having to disconnect the dishwasher from the disposal. I would highly recommend this team for your water mitigation.

When your problem is water damage during a storm, and other situations. Paul Davis is the number you need to call. The staff is very knowledgeable about water damage and able to get things back working right away. The staff is also very friendly. I feel very lucky with Paul Davis. I. Have a $ 2000.00 deductible. But I was billed about $ 175.00 I'm very happy and appreciate honesty & loyalty Paul Davis showed in billing. If your looking for a company that's experienced as well as knowledgeable Paul Davis is a very good choice. I recommend with the highest recommendation Paul Davis

Miles the project manager was great. Everything was completed in a timely manner and much to my great satisfaction. Brian, who completed the work did a fantastic job. I would certainly use their services again should the cause necessitate.

Just today we finished a multi-year, non-voluntary, insurance covered house renovation for water damage caused by an attic HVAC leak. Paul Davis(PD) did ALL of the repair portion for my renovation. There were several issues I encountered along the way due to certain PD employees. Due to these issues I left a low previous review on a different platform. Ultimately PD fired these individuals and the crew that replaced them has been Top Notch. The Bill and Nick team were AMAZING! I have stated several times that if I’d had Nick working my house from the beginning things would have been PERFECT! He even went back and fixed soo many of issues left by the previous crew. I unfairly stated that I would not recommend PD to a friend (I stand by that with the initial crew). However, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the team that Paul Davis has working for them now and give thanks to them for seeing an issue and taking appropriate steps to fix it. Props to Lucia for the handling of my previous review! PD completed the following: Full kitchen remodel and it looks amazing! New cabinets, new Flooring, I went with a custom counter top but they installed all the appliances. Everything from pull out shelves and soft close drawers. Nick nailed all of it. Full bathroom remodel. New flooring, new tub, new vanity, new sheet rock. Again, it looks amazing! New flooring throughout 90% of the house. All looks perfect! I went with a Rigid Vinyl Plank flooring and it is exactly what I hoped for. Ceiling install in 90% of the house. I decided against popcorn ceilings for ease of cleaning and definitely should have gone with a higher level of ceiling finish (I didn’t even know that was a thing). New walls in 90% of the house. All well done and painted quickly. Paint crew was amazing as well. New attic access, new light fixtures, new fans, new appliances. Everything good to go. All things considered I WOULD HIGHLY recommend Paul Davis to a friend and am glad that Nick, Bill, and Lucia were able to finish this years long saga.

Paul Davis Restoration handled an insurance claim from a leak under my kitchen sink. Basically my entire kitchen had to undergo mold remediation and total reconstruction. Justin, Brett and Guy and many others handled the mold remediation and did a fantastic job. ! I continued with Paul Davis for the reconstruction portion of my kitchen and Nick the overall project manager and Dario the construction manager did a great job in rebuilding my kitchen. There was a lot of hand holding involved because I’d never had to go through a process like this before but I was so grateful to all the people at Paul Davis starting with Justin who was my main contact for remediation and Nick for the construction phase. I highly recommend them!
