Edwin and Dylan were incredibly helpful with the mold remediation we needed on our new house. Great group of guys that are more than willing to work with you. One of the few companies that I called that send you straight to an employee rather than voicemails or a help desk. They handled a cigarette smoke problem for us with less than a days notice. Brought the whole crew out to help us out before we got moved in. These guys are top notch! After our kitchen caught on fire, Altru walked us through the restoration process and were able to save things that other companies wanted to toss out. Our insurance company was happy with the process since it was completed nearly as quick as it started. We recommend this company if you have fire damage!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALTRU RESTORATION !!! I woke up to my basement literally flooding in the middle of the night. I remember seeing an ad for Altru so I decided to try them out. They got to my house so fast and was able to start working that night. Great prices. I’ve never had a better experience with ACTUAL PROFESSIONALS. They didn’t try to up charge me. They didn’t try to upsell me. They gave me true prices and was able to fix up my basement. Best guys and great work. They’re amazing. They literally got to my house THAT NIGHT. Very reliable local owner. Very professional and walks you through the good and the bad of whats going on in your home. Very thankful to have a plan for our basement when stormy weather. Have never been let down day or night!
