Case Foundation System

Terrible experience. We have spent 30k in foundation work and another 6k with basement repair to Case. We had countless problems from putting sump pump under a wall, then to how the plumbing was arranged to the outside of the house. Then they had to come back out for more foundation work. This is what they left our house looking like using "White mortar" our house looked like a puzzle. I had a masonry company here doing other work and they were appalled at what they saw and wanted to fix it for $1500.00. I called Case to tell them to take it off my bill if I have them fix their disaster. Owner said no I have a masonry guy that can fix it for $300.00. Well that was not true, Mr Coomer (his contracted masonry guy) charged him $1500 as well. All I can say is it is fixed now to the best that they can do. Dealing with the owner is a challenge, he is always right and you are always wrong. 1 Star given, at least Melissa in the office was always pleasant. Would not recommend this company!

I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants the job done correctly the first time. First bid was done February of 2025 over $10,000 to waterproof only to have the basement leak after the first rain. Buddy Chism told me they would make it right and get it fix correctly. then Buddy never would return my phone call. After several attempts to contact Buddy I called the office to and had to deal with the staff who is rude. THe office staff will over talk you and will argue with you. this company would not guarantee there work like they state and charged me an additional $1064 to have the basement water proofed. Fast forward to the appointment day to have it fixed and the appointment was set for 9 am got a text and emails to confirm this time. Worker showed up at 1:30pm. I called the office several times to ask where they were and they told me he was on another job, I asked then why do I have a 9am appointment? They stated that they schedule all appointments at that time and the text and emails are automated. When the worker showed up finally to do the work he apologized for being so late stating we were his first appointment but they kept calling him to do other jobs ahead of us. I have used this company 3 times for rental properties in 2025 and all properties still leak and some area of the basement. With the last house and the way we were treated, from being lied to about a warranty, the rude office staff, and Buddy ghosting us, we will never do business with this company. We were good customers who spent a crazy amount of money waterproofing basements in 2025. I hope this helps anyone wanting to use this company.

Buddy came out to my house today to determine if I had foundation issues. He was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what he was looking for throughout the entire house inside and outside. Fortunately, no issues were found. I'll definitely recommend Case Foundation Systems to folks. Carrie

Case came out and did an evaluation and gave us a quote for water mitigation. They came and did the job... But there's still water. They said their original assessment was basically no good. Sent the assessor back. Then quoted us 800 to finish the job. We accepted the bid... Figured it's only fair to pay them something... Since then we've gotten the run around... They will email a link to schedule and they never e mail and you call and call but... No... They have no interest in coming out to do the job. No interest in honoring the warranty... They took the money... Got in... Made it look nice quick and got out... Can't get to working with them since... Photos of "finished product" attatched

We called Case after our basement flooded in early April, as we have a warranty with them so figured that’s who we should call, even though we knew this probably wasn’t covered under it. They couldn’t get anyone out until May 1st. Someone comes out, tells us what the problem is & says someone will give us a service call. No one ever calls. I try calling two different phone numbers for this company but they have no voicemail setup. I finally get ahold of them a month later & they say "oh, you actually wanted work done?" YES. After a lot of back & forth & them wanting to send out the same guy to look at everything he already looked out, they send out someone to measure the wall that we need work on. That guy says we’ll get an estimate in an email. 2 weeks later, we still have no email. I’ve previously confirmed our email addresses. I call to see what’s up, they said "he’s working on it right now you will get an email soon" 3 weeks later, still no email. Case is a terrible company who you cannot get ahold of, no communication, no follow-up, and they just don’t want our business or to work on our house. I don’t get it. I do not recommend this business to anyone.

Very unprofessional due to not show up for an appointment or calling us that they would not be able to come. Our appointment was at 10 am and when we call them they said that they would come later after another appointment. Waste the whole day waiting for them. When we call them the next day and left a message which they have not returned.

Case Foundation System are the most honest and reputable company you could ever go with. Several years back I had Buddy come out and look at a job for me for my pool deck and he advised I call a competitor of his that specializes in what I needed. I never forgot that. It made such an impression on me that when I had a foundation issue, he was the first person I thought of. Buddy explained the issue to me and provided me with an excellent quote. Their technicians and support were spot on. They resolved my issue to every detail. If you're looking for professionalism, excellent customer service and a company that takes as much pride in your home as you do, you need to call Case Foundation for all your foundation and waterproofing needs. And be sure you ask for "Buddy"! I wish every company provided the level of service that Case Foundation does...Great Job!!!
