DO NOT USE AMERESTORE! They will start your project, not finish it, destroy your property, flood your basement and bathrooms, take full payment upfront and then ghost you. You will then have to hire an attorney to sue them and hope they pay when they lose. Just filed my lawsuit today.

Awful service. Had to call them out 3 times because they didn’t do the job the first time. The plumbers couldn’t do their job because amerestore didn’t sanitize the basement. They charged me for 8 hours of work when it would be generous to even say 4 hours. And they charged me for an emergency service call because I had to call them the day after the service to get them back here to actually finish the job so the plumbers could do their job. They only did half the job during the "emergency service" call and had to come out the next Friday to finish. The first service lasted about 20 minutes. The second about an hour and half and the third a little under 2 hours. I was also paying extra so I could get this all done on a weekend since I work M-F. Long story short it’s been weeks and I’m still dealing with the same problem because of their incompetence. Also the plumber apologized to me for recommending them and said that he was sorry because it looks bad on his company.

I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY! I currently just had a baby and once we made it home 6 weeks later we had a pipe burst in the main wall cavity of our second bedroom closet. Right before I had to be back to work. A NIGHTMARE I THOUGHT. I was completely wrong. I called an talk to Natalie. She was amazing down to earth person! She went out of her way to make sure my family was tooken care of. Even after my bathroom was done with their part she called an checked on us an my baby. If you are looking for a down to earth honest company this is it. They do not leave you with a huge mess and they do excellent quality work! Natalie thank you for being you! Your amazing and deserve a huge raise!

Unfortunately, I had a very dissatisfying experience with Ameristore, particularly with one of their workers, Ed. My drywall was scheduled to be remediated, cut out and I was told last minute by this individual that he was not planning on coming to do the work in my house. He accused me of having details incorrect on the quote I was given although when I contacted the office the information, I had was correct. This individual was very unprofessional and rude and actually made some discriminatory remarks about my home saying I needed a hygienist to come out to my home and then declining to do the work in my home entirely. I had a leak in my home as my sewage backed up. Of course my home needed to have some work done on it and that is why I contacted the company. I ended up contacting another remediation company who literally came out to my home days later and completed the job with no hassle. I delayed writing a review regarding this company but felt it was necessary based on how this individual treated me and how the company was unwilling to actually assist me as a customer but decided to uphold a very unprofessional worker. To this day I am still in dismay by how I was treated.

After Maeser improperly installed a HVAC system creating sever water/mold damage, Amerestore came out second week of Aug, but failed to remediate problem, leaving sections of black mold behind.

The guys are great and knowledgeable. Worked fast to get all my issues resolved. Ed, Chuck and Logan thanks for everything you guys did!

Didn't use the service but I called for information on mold and asked for help with a situation. They were more than helpful and professional.
