Lloyd and his team did a great job with the shower leak restoration project at my home. Not only was the job completed quickly and the space left immaculate, Lloyd and Christina continued to assist with the insurance claim request and paperwork well after the restoration project was complete. This entire event was a process that I was unfamiliar with and thanks to PPR I was able to get through all of it from start to finish with ease and support. SORRY LLOYD! I meant to do this review way back early last year when he came out to help us with the aftermath of long-term water damage in our master bathroom. He's super knowledgeable, everything is explained in an understandable way, he's got a lot of advice to help you navigate claims, and things are done in a timely manner. I am not sure how I didn't post a review, but here it is.

Lloyd and his team at PPR did an outstanding job with our mold remediation. From the start, Lloyd was so patient with me and all of my many questions and was able to ease my fears during an extremely overwhelming time. Not only did he thoroughly explain the process and steps involved prior to beginning the work, he also assisted us in determining the cause/source of water intrusion in certain areas to prevent future problems. I would highly recommend Lloyd to anyone needing mold remediation services, especially those with "hidden mold" concerns.

I'll try to keep this as short as possible, but I'm also a firm believer in giving credit where credit is due, so bare with me. I called power Pro because I knew I had mold in the kitchen, and I suspected it in the AC. Within the first few minutes of my inspection I could tell Lloyd was an expert in this field. I could also tell he was there to educate me, find the actual reason for my issues, and help me figure out a plan of action. Lloyd said he was not an HVAC specialist, however, I could have my AC man there to open boxes and he would take a look. In Less than five minutes of being in my attic Lloyd found a major issue ( and the root cause to all my AC issues) that had been missed for years. There was a giant hole in the attic floor where their absolutely should not have been, and basically we have been breathing pure attic Air through our system. Upon opening the boxes, it was confirmed and agreed upon by both Loyd and my AC man, the system had mold and so much dust it was not salvageable. My AC man has been in my attic several times over several years, and had Loyld not been there that day, I guarantee this issue would have been missed and brushed off AGAIN. Keep in mind, Lloyd had absolutely nothing to gain from my AC problem. And while my kitchen was a serious issue, Loyd picked up on my situation and told me as far as a pecking order of what was most important fix, my AC should come first. Instead of using scare tactics to gain my business in the kitchen, Lloyd gave me top standard diy techniques and product recommendations. If that doesn't speak to the quality of his character I don't know What does. In a world that is very much in its "me era " I can absolutely say without a doubt Lloyd is concerned with "you". I urge anyone with mold concerns to reach out to power pro. The rate is too affordable not to at least gain peace of mind and I can 100% guarantee you are in good hands!
