We are very happy with our spray foam installation. The house feels great. An old musty draft in one of my kitchen cabinets has gone away. My attic is less than 5 degrees hotter than my house right now. The temperature reading I’m sharing is from the highest point of my attic ceiling and it’s 85 degrees outside and 11 AM. IRA and the crew were easy to deal with. There is great personal service with IRA checking in frequently. The insulation removal team and installers were also very nice. I’m so happy I pulled the trigger!

I bought my home in Mandeville 4 years ago and quickly realized I had humidity issues in my two attics and 2nd floors (typical in South Louisiana). Ira, Alan, Corey, Ashley, and the team at Sunlight spray-foamed and installed dehumidifiers in both of my attics. What a difference! My house is now comfortable and has low humidity throughout. I also had freezing issues in my main attic in the winter during periods of extreme low temperatures like we had at times the past few years. I don't have to worry about that anymore as my attics are just a few degrees different than the main home living space. My advice to future clients is to ask questions and fully understand the process and equipment ahead of time. My concerns and questions post-job were a result of me not paying enough attention on the front end. Also, the work doesn't have to be performed in the hottest summer months. Both you and the crew would be more comfortable during installation when it's cooler. This company is reliable and does what they promise to do. They are in good communication with is every step of the way. We had another bid cheaper but was not upfront with us about finding mold under our house. At least we weren’t surprised as the other company started the work. Ira’s knowledge and experience along with Clayton is why we choice Sunlight. Honest job and good respectful of property. Almost done and looking forward having a well insulated home and no mold and termites. Sunlight also offers lifetime on the cell foam insulation.
