Filipe and his crew were outstanding. Excellent communication. They told us what they were going to do why they were doing it and how they were going to do it before starting. Once in progress they were excellent in keeping us updated. They were very easy to work with courteous up beat made us feel we were being well taken care of. They didn’t hesitate to ask us questions and really took the time to explain everything in an easy to understand manner. They conveyed a positive attitude while doing their work. My ask of how things were going was met with a smile which really helped to put us at ease. Do what ever you need to do for these guys they are great

After hail damage last summer, water came through my upstairs ceiling. I contacted my insurance for a roof claim and was directed towards RW. They were immediately responsive, came to assess quickly, and dealt with a complicated process getting my claim fully approved. When the claim was finally accepted, they did the roof the following week. They were professional and did an excellent job. Even my neighbors keep saying how impressed they are! Restoration Network recently completed a ceiling repair for me after water damage, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Our washing machine broke and flooded our laundry room & the mechanical space in our basement. Our flood clean up team (Felipe, Sam, Prince, Hermanus and Jacob) did an excellent job from start to finish. Very thorough with the work that needed to be done. Always on time and always willing to answer any questions we had. Very satisfied with their service and highly recommend them.

Restauration Network company fixed my apartment ceiling and floor after a water damage. Part of the ceiling was replaced and the ceiling was completely done in hallway, living/dining room. A brad new carpet in hallway, dining/living room was installed. Kalvin Hamlet-krienke was the Project Manager in charge of the Restauration. Kalvin was incredibly gentil and empathetic with my situation, needs and worries. Kalvin has an extraordinary capacity to listen and take action. The job was done efficiently and clean. I get not tired to thank Kalvin for his job, his help and his personal dedication toward the project.
