ServiceMaster DSI - Maple Grove MN

Craig and Ken did a great job getting my house restored after a water leak damaged kitchen and lower level. They stayed on top of contractors to keep things moving along. Communication and status were top notch. Very pleasant to work with. Bottom line, iI would definitely hire them again if I ever had the need!

During the demolition phase, the contractor failed to properly bag materials, leaving the house and living areas filthy. Cabinets were carelessly left in the middle of the garage floor, with screws scattered both in the drawers and on the garage floor. During reassembly, numerous small issues arose that the foreman should have addressed independently. When I raised these concerns, the foreman resisted and appeared bothered by my feedback. I was repeatedly asked to perform tasks that should have been handled by the crew, including breaking down old cabinets and placing them in the dumpster despite having paid for the service. The quality of work by the subcontractors was subpar, and it seemed the foreman's priority was keeping them happy rather than ensuring my satisfaction as the customer. I attempted to contact the owner and even had an appointment that was later canceled. Despite emailing the location to request contractor license information, I received no response. This level of negligence appears to be the standard for this company. I have extensive documentation, including pictures and emails, to support my claims. Ultimately, the project was completed after almost a year, but the journey was fraught with unnecessary challenges. As a result, I intend to advocate for the removal of ServiceMaster from AAA’s list of recommended contractors.

Service Master went above and beyond for their repair. Consistently ensured they were professional, which is hard to come by these days. They treated our property like it was their own. They kept us informed on everything they were doing and always had the next appt lined up for us before they left. They even brought in my groceries one day that I had delivered. I was so happy about that because it was a overly hot day.

Tracy and the whole team were amazing. They were great to work with, knew how to communicate with our insurance company and went above and beyond. Would highly recommend
