Customer service is a lost art form, but Chris and the entire team working on my project were top notch communicators, worked with me on tricky scheduling, went above and beyond on every aspect of the basement encapsulation and mold treatment I had done. I contacted Chris Green with Mold Boss to conduct an air quality test and possible mold inspection for an apartment home that I manage. They arrived on the same day that I called which was amazingly prompt and conducted a full inspection of the apartment home, completed the air quality test and followed up within a couple of days with the lab results.
