They come in to your home after getting a estimate. Remove all the mold, treat the area where the mold was, and vacuum your air ducts. Then you have to wait for their subcontractors to come and complete the job. In my case, that was a two weeks wait. Then the drywall guy came to do his job. After that, Mr Mold said they were done. That left no painting, toilets weren't reinstalled, and plumbing wasn't finished.

Mr.Mold Removal did an excellent job of finding the source of mold and remediating it. We did an air quality test before and after the remediation so that I could confirm that it had in fact been remediated but the fact that it came with a warranty was icing on the top. The work was done quickly and seamlessly. He was timely and professional. I would recommend.
