PuroClean of East Cobb

Puroclean of East Cobb is great company. We used them for the rebuild portion after a flood in our home. This company is top notch and is easy to work with. The crew they sent out was very professional and knowledgeable. They did a great job replacing the floors throughout our home. We will definitely use this company again. I called PuroClean to investigate a leak that occurred. Their customer service is awesome. I received calls & texts to remind me of the appointment. The service technician, Clint arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I look forward to working with them again.

Had such a wonderful experience with PuroClean! Had a toilet leak that caused a lot of water damage in my home, and Erik, Mike, and the whole team were quick and efficient with the mitigation process. Very courteous and professional. Highly recommend!!

We came home to discover our main water line into our house had broken on the outside and water was intruding into our basement. There was approximately 3 plus inches of standing water. I called PuroClean and they responded immediately and helped get the water turned off at the main box. Tyler began extracting the standing water from the basement and completed the entire basement extraction in about 3 hours. Once all water was extracted that night Tyler set the equipment to dry out the basement framing. Each day PuroClean techs either Erik, or Clint, was out to check the drying status of the affected areas and reposition the equipment as needed. PuroClean has a great automatic system that sends you text messages to notify you when the technician is en-route and provides a map with their estimated time of arrival. I was not at home during the follow up appointments but received notification once they had completed their check. Their service and knowledge is exceptional and I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others if they had a need.

Mike was wonderful. I love all his team did. We had one issue with laundry doors not fitting correctly but he got that fixed and they look and work wonderfully. Thanks Mike and team.

Chris Barry my project manager was great! He was available and responsive when called. I was very pleased with all the various workmen who did the remediation and repair of my water damaged ceiling. This also included asbestos testing and remediation. Thanks guys! Louise
