H2NO Restoration & Construction

If I could give H2NO 10 STARS I would!! This company truly went over and above for us! We had repairs needed to our crawlspace and were in a pinch during our inspection period on selling our home, they came out the very next morning (on a Saturday) and did all the repairs. Danielle was absolutely wonderful to work with as well as Elijah. They are honest, reliable and just GOOD people, I highly recommend them!!

We had significant mold and mildew in our bathroom. H2NO removed the mold and mildew and solved the problem by installing a vent. Chris and Tyler did an outstanding job. They resized some doors and door frames inside my house so they would shut and also performed a few other miscellaneous repairs around the property.

Everybody at H2NO is very nice but I felt like they fell short of our expectations. The scheduling and their ability to make appointments was quite erratic. They would just randomly show up without notice. I have some questioning of their containment systems for mold abatement. Also, they referred a plumber to us that we had to fire two days into the job. It was so bad that we are contemplating lawful action against the plumber. The plumber flooded our house due to their negligence. We will likely have to have the entire plumbing system redone and we are out $4500. I voiced my concerns to Danielle and Jay a few days ago after the plumber fiasco and they were truly apologetic, and for that I appreciate it. However, we are still yet to receive the fans they graciously offered to help us dry out the house.

Chris did a fantastic job replacing the water damaged ceiling in our laundry room. I appreciate his hard work and attention to detail.

Great company and veteran owned! Jay the owner came out and gave me a qoute and helped me through that process, chris was awesome he kept me informed with whole process when they started the job until it was finished! Got the job done quickly and correctly and for a great price! In a time when it's hard to find a good contractor you can trust you can count on these guys! Thanks to the whole crew it got fixed right!

Chris and Emilo arrived when they said they would and worked hard until the project was done. They were professional and explained the process. They went above and beyond to complete the deck project.

We had a bathroom remodel after some water damage. Emilio did an amazing job on the tile work. Thanks to Chris and the crew for coming out.
