I don’t even know where to start. I had an unexpected experience I thought I would never have to face. Josh L came over and assessed the situation. I was embarrassed, emotional, and at a loss on what to do. He was so kind, understanding, and made me feel at ease. He went above and beyond before even starting the work. Then when him and his team came back to take care of the matter they were all so kind and they worked their tails off. I am so grateful for Josh L and the company. Any work at all that I may need done they will be my 1st and hopefully my ONLY call. They empowered me and made me feel human again. Thank you!

Josh L and his team are an awesome group of guys. They definitely get the job done, and make sure it's done right. Completely professional and walk you through the whole process and let you know what's going on, step by step. I can't recommend them more. Josh Giles and Ben King literally saved our sanity! After a plumbing job gone bad our front room flooded in water! We had just moved in and did not know where the water turn off valve was worsening the condition. These guys came in and did a job next to none. They assured us everything would be ok! I can not recommend this company more. We will forever be grateful! Such pleasant and caring you men!!

I just NEEDED to take a moment of my time to thank Josh L & his crew that came to start demo today in my bathroom and kitchen. They explained thoroughly what their plan was and kept me updated every step of the way. There was additional work they needed to do and he notified me before starting and explained what they were doing AND why. This was so helpful to me and truly showed that they went above and beyond, after noticing how stressful this ordeal has been for us. I also would like to shout out Lee and Joel. Before the demo guys came, Lee showed up to see what the damage was and what the guys were walking into. He explained what would TYPICALLY HAPPEN moving forward. I had a million questions! And they were there with an answer or suggestion every time. I would without a doubt, hire these guys again!

Josh L and crew are amazing. They came out at 9:30 at night to handle this cleanup. Their professionalism was just great during this unhappy issue. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
