911 Restoration of Charlotte

We had some water damage and reached out to 911 Restoration. Although we ended up not hiring them, our experience with the contractor was excellent. He clearly explained the entire process, was professional, respectful of our home, and provided amazing customer service. You can tell they truly care about doing things the right way. Would definitely recommend based on how they handled everything.

In August of 2022 water started gushing out of my bathroom vanity. I called multiple companies but 911 had someone to my door within 2 hours. Over the course of 5 months the owner and I worked closely to resolve issues with payments from my HOA & insurance, supply shortages and unexpected issues found in my home that had to be addressed. All in all my entire 1 bedroom had to be renovated and i must say it’s beautiful. The owner is professional and goes above and beyond to get the job done.

Donnelle and his team are great! We had a last-minute incident during a holiday weekend and his team was on it without questions. Did a superb job that we hired them back to another of our locations to fix a major air conditioning leak that cause major damage to two offices. We would recommend them to anyone who needs fast reliable services. We will use them again, if need be, in the future.

Tim and his team were fantastic to work with!!! They redid our hardwood floors and a wall after a water leak and you would never know there had been damages! Tim was always available and prompt at responding to our questions and he took excellent care of our family and home. We highly recommend his services!

Scott, Josh, and Will did an amazing job helping out with mitigation and repairs needed from a busted water pipe. They were incredibly helpful on information and transparent with their work and prices, which I appreciated very much having no experience with this issues before as a first time home owner. Would absolutely recommend their services to anyone needing restoration services. Their subcontractor for our floor did great work also, which Scott was personally present for each day of work.

Tim has done work several times over the years at our house and has always been very responsive and great on time to completion. This time was additional work in our basement from a plumbing leak. He and his team were here the morning after I called to not only identify and quote the issue but to do the work and stayed until it was completed. They were professional and did a fantastic job!

Tim is very professional and did an excellent job in drying up my ceiling leak and helping me fix an issue with my AC unit. They were quick, clean and followed up on the job to ensure we were not having any issues. It didn't feel like he was just there to make a buck like it can feel like with other companies, he not only seemed to care about the outcome of our issue but drove 45 minutes to an hour just come to my house and help fix it himself.
