Be very cautious!!!! If seems that if he finds himself not making any profit on your job, he may just take your money and walk. He still owes us money that we still trying to get back through legal assistance. We have a judgement but he still doesn't pay. Update!!! Keith...owner of First Restoration America....has reached out to me....immediately after his office relayed my poor review. He insisted that he wants to pay me back and was given my lawyers info to contact and remit payment. The lawyer never heard from him. Our lawyer has sent a letter to him. Still nothing. It has been three more weeks of broken promises from Restoration America. Be Very Cautious of this company!!!!!!!!!

I’m thrilled with the work done by First Restoration. The crew was punctual, professional, clean, and the project started and ended when they said it would! The price for my remodel was very competitive, and there were no "surprises" along the way. Within 2 days of the project being completed, I received a call from the owner of the company asking if I needed anything else, and if I was satisfied. I appreciated the personal touch and desire to ensure I was satisfied with their work product. 5 stars!
