Called all dry to come out and give me a estimate after water damage. They came to my house with 3 kids maybe 18 years old the kids were nice but experience is better than being nice. The kids told me they would contact me with a quote and come out the next day to finish the job. It's been over a month I tried to contact the owner who I talked to and setup the inspection for the kids to come out and he never answered my calls. I left a voice-mail and received no call back they must be really busy with how great their customer service is. I would stay away from this company don't even bother calling and wasting your time with them. After posting this that was the most contact I've had with them they still don't answer my calls and have called the kid that came out and the owner of this company they do NOT take their job seriously

When our basement flooded, we reached out to All Dry for help. They answered the phone immediately and were at our house within two hours. (Needed water to recede first.) Mason and his team quickly helped us to get our basement dry again. They greatly helped us reduce the amount of damage. Mason would stop over daily to check on the progress with moisture equipment that goes beyond what we would have been able to do by ourselves. We highly recommend this company when water is not your friend.

Riley and team did a great job drying out my home after a supply line break. Would highly recommend, if you’re ever in this unfortunate situation.

Not only were they were super friendly, they also explained everything in a way that made us feel like we were talking to a friend instead of a company.
