The process of restoration with Mann Brothers started 8/24 when S. Euclid had high winds and I had 2 trees fall on my garage. By the time we had removal and the estimate done, work began and contract signed 10/21/2024. At the time, I was working with Mike Hulme-project manager who was my ‘go to person’ when I had questions/concerns with regards to the garage. He was very prompt and ALWAYS got back to me. I’ve included some pics of the restoration with before and after. Unfortunately the electrical/electricians didn’t finish until 3/2025. We had no power in the garage all Winter. The wiring was done before, but the installation of electric-which required substantial ground digging from garage to house occurred after. The communication from Mann in the months of Dec.-Feb. was limited and I was concerned the job wouldn’t be completed. During that time I found out Mike had left the company and now my ‘go to’ was gone. However, after reaching out to Mike he was still able to help and went above and beyond what he needed to do, and I thank him for his follow-up in getting this job finished. Overall we are very happy with this job. We had to call back the company for lose roof shingles and sealing of a window, but Mike had someone back asap to get these things fixed. The original wiring was probably as old as the garage (1946!!!) and I know the electrical part of the restoration was a lot! Thanks Mann Brothers. An ‘oldie but goodie’ is up and running.

On Friday, January 11 we experienced a small fire in our laundry room. Following the fire, we reached out to Mann Brother's for cleanup, and they were there the same day. Not only did they quickly remove the smell of smoke from the House, they also diligently cleaned the entire House, ensuring a clean and sanitary environment for our guests. They are currently still in the clean up process, the project will be a few days at least, but their level of service and personable and friendly nature of their staff has been exceptional.

I had extensive tornado damage to the roof of my home as well as interior plasterwork. Mann brothers promptly returned my call and sent a crew out the same day to secure and tarp the holes in my roof after the tree was removed. There was a lot of back and forth with the insurance company that really drug out the repairs, but Mann Brothers went above and beyond to facilitate appropriate payment during what was a very tedious process with the insurance claim. They were excellent at keeping me in the loop through multiple insurance adjusters and estimates. Once insurance approval was secured, the teams employed by Mann Brothers worked hard and fast to complete repairs. As I was living in the house during the repairs, I was a bit nervous about how disruptive it would be to have construction crews in, but everyone was very professional. I especially appreciated how tidy and thorough the teams were at the end of each day to keep my space neat and easy to live in even during the work. Roofing crews were fast and organized and the work was well done. Special recognition to Mike Hulme who was great as my project manager and quick to answer questions and concerns, and Dave DeMarco whose assistance with the insurance company/financial aspect of the claim was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend Mann Brothers for restoration/repair work.

We had water in our basement and very quickly realized we were out of our depth and called Mann Brothers after hours to help with the water remediation. They were at our house within the hour and had our entire basement cleaned out that same evening. After working through several weeks of insurance claim approvals, they came straight to work on remodeling the damaged rooms and did a phenomenal job. It looks better than it did before the damage! Everyone we talked to or dealt with through the entire process was kind and pleasant and truly cared to make sure we were happy with the work. If I ever need restoration services again - I will not hesitate to reach out to them. 100% would recommend their services to anyone.

I was selling my home, unfortunately, over the years my dogs had ruined the flooring of the addition. I called Kevin Mann, he did not delay sending a crew over and tear out the old flooring and seal the sub flooring. I highly recommend Mann Brothers. They worked on a previous home of mine and did an awesome job cleaning the whole house throughly after a person had unfortunately passed away in the home. Call Mann Brothers for fast and efficient, detailed work.

Let me start by saying that Mann Brothers is the only call that you need to make if you have property damage. We had a hot water tank break and water spread throughout our entire lower level of the house. Kevin Mann and his team were out immediately, surveyed the problem, and brought all hands on deck to start the mitigation process. They had our back dealing with the insurance company, and we were able to get everything that was damaged replaced. The workmanship of every crew that worked on our house was amazing, from replacing wallboard, painting, laying new carpet and floors, and carpentry. Every team that came out was respectful of our home, and at the end of every day, left the house as clean as possible. When the project was completed, we were very satisfied with the work that was done. Mann Brothers added a touch of class to our humble home. If this is your first time with an emergency restoration, understand that the nature of the business of any restoration company is triage, and emergencies come first. You may get a crew pulled off of your repairs to be part of the all hands on deck during the initial damage mitigation at a new emergency site. My experience with Mann Brothers is that at the end of the project, it was well worth any wait that we had.

Mann Brothers did a wonderful job on addressing and removing some mold that was concentrated in the basement. The initial evaluation was quick and professional, with a quote coming the next day. They went above and beyond when the work started. Would use them again and would recommend to others in need.
