BELFOR Property Restoration

Very poor Communication with the owner. Normally, we don’t know until that day if someone is gonna be working in the house. I also wish I would’ve stuck with my instinct and went with Paul Davis. If there is any change orders done on your house as simple as changing from my 5 foot sliding door to a 6 foot sliding door. I had a 30+ percent up charge on the sliding door. I can’t wait till this job is over. It’s been a couple weeks and I’m still waiting on a phone call from Wilson.

So pleased with the efficiency and thoroghness that Gage and Junior excercised while dealing with a really nasty situatiion. Communications and follow ups, arrival times were always on time. So appreciate that when coordinating multiple entities to be on site. Thank you

When our business was in need of a job that required an expedited complete restoration the team at Belfore made it happen!! They stepped up and took on the job with a level of professionalism, communication, quality and efficiency that exceeded my expectations. As a picky perfectionist that is something I don’t say often. Belfor did a great job of mitigating the water damage in my home two years ago. The employees were always professional, courteous and timely. I especially appreciated their efforts to ensure there would be no further damage; everything was contained and employees covered their shoes to protect my floors. The timeline I was given for mitigation was executed in an efficient and effective manner. Communication was excellent; I was always kept attune of my mitigation schedule. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely hire them again.

My home insurance provider brings BELFOR to my home to work on restoring my house after a fire. Big mistake! Even if is recommended and they promises the world don’t trust this company. And if you do; on the first lie or mistake discontinue any future work. They don’t care how work is complete and they don’t warranty their final job. They hire cheap labor and charge a lot. -For example my tub was install without any support and is crack cause of it. And I they won’t take any responsibility. -They cause three different floods with more damage to property -My home exposed to snow and rain. -Ceiling texture ruined and ugly. -Insulation problems -Siding problems -Bins not connecting - HVAC problem My list is big and I don’t wish this on anyone. Their General Manager Nick B., and project manager Christian W. don’t care for your home. They have to many projects to worry for yours. Please don’t do what I did and ask around and hire a contractor directly. Be aware my friends and good luck on your fire or flood problems.

As a property manager, I have worked with numerous restoration companies over the years. Kevin Castner with Belfor has exceeded our expectations. He is knowledgeable, attentive, responsive and thorough. All of our projects have been completed successfully and in a timely manner. Highly recommend Kevin and his team!
